LIVE: From the Hospital post C-section with Krystal

Baby #2 is HERE — and we’re checking in with Krystal live from her hospital bed just 48 hours after giving birth! Krystal had planned to have another vaginal birth but at 38 weeks the baby had other plans. What was supposed to be a scheduled C-section quickly changed when her water broke days early, sending her to the hospital in the middle of the night to meet her breech baby boy. Krystal gives us the real-time update on her first 48 hours as a mom of two: recovering from a C-section versus her previous vaginal birth, surviving that first night of cluster feeding, supplementing with formula while waiting for her milk to come in, and why this postpartum experience already feels completely different. We also get into the stigma around C-sections, trusting your gut when birth doesn’t go according to plan, and the unexpected confidence — and mom guilt — that comes with doing the newborn stage for a second time. 0:18–3:25 — Baby #2 is HERE! Breech baby + deciding on a C-section 3:25–7:30 — Krystal’s water breaks early 7:31–12:22 — The first 48 hours: newborn life, cluster feeding + supplementing with formula 12:23–18:00 — C-section recovery vs. vaginal birth 18:01–21:35 — C-section stigma + trusting your birth decisions 21:36–25:18 — Being a second-time mom, hospital care + breastfeeding/formula decisions 25:19–28:27 — The confidence of baby #2 + unexpected mom guilt 👶 Ready for real talk, laughs, and sisterly advice?
