    The beginning of insanity

The podcast "ADHD: You and Me," hosted by Allan V Coker, aims to destigmatize ADHD and inform listeners about the multifaceted nature of this disorder. ADHD is not just about the lack of focus but is a complex condition characterized by impulsivity, hyperactivity, and attention deficit. Allan shares personal experiences and tips on managing symptoms, namely identifying triggers and controlling reactions to them, thereby promoting mindfulness. The episode also helps debunk the popular myth that individuals with ADHD lack productivity, suggesting that they just do things differently and noting the importance of external structure. Allan encourages listeners with ADHD to view their unique traits as strengths rather than barriers to success.
