    The Women Who Loved Jesus Differently

    Through every story, we see two sisters who loved Jesus deeply—but expressed that love in very different ways.     The Woman Who Didn't Know

    Mary was told she would give birth to the Son of God—but she wasn't given the whole story. She didn't know how everything would unfold. She didn't know what people would think of her. She didn't know what motherhood would cost her. She didn't know the heartbreak she would eventually experience. She simply knew that God had asked her to say yes. In this episode, we're talking about the weight of the unknown, the power of obedience, and what it looks like to trust God when you don't have all the answers. We'll also take a look at why Mary is so deeply revered in Catholic Christianity, what Catholics actually believe about her, and how that compares with the way many Protestant Christians understand Mary. Because Mary wasn't chosen because she had every answer. She was chosen, and she responded with faith.     The Women Behind the Men

    You can be responsible for your influence without being responsible for someone else's sin.Bathsheba and Delilah. Two women whose names are often mentioned in the same breath. Two women who are often remembered as the women who caused powerful men to fall. But what if we've been telling their stories wrong? Bathsheba's story is one of power, vulnerability, and the consequences of a king's choices. She didn't orchestrate David's actions, yet her name has often carried the blame for his sin. Delilah's story is very different. She knowingly pursued Samson's weakness, betrayed his trust, and accepted payment for it. These two women couldn't be more different—and that's exactly why we're putting their stories side by side. In this episode, we're talking about what it means to be a godly woman without taking responsibility for the sinful choices of men. We're talking about modesty without shame, influence without manipulation, boundaries, accountability, and the danger of reducing a woman's entire story to the way a man responded to her. Because being a godly girl doesn't mean you're responsible for controlling every man's thoughts, choices, or actions. You are responsible for your own heart. Men are responsible for theirs, and sometimes the most important lesson in a woman's story is learning the difference.     The Women Who Are Waiting

    Sarah had a promise from God—but she had been waiting a long time. So she took matters into her own hands. Hagar never asked to become part of Abraham and Sarah's complicated story. She was a servant caught in the middle of someone else's attempt to make God's promise happen. And when everything fell apart, Hagar found herself alone in the wilderness. Two women. One promise. A whole lot of waiting, comparison, jealousy, and pain. In this episode, we're looking at the story of Sarah and Hagar and asking what happens when we get tired of waiting on God. What happens when someone else's blessing makes us question our own story? And what do we do when we feel like God has forgotten us? Because in the middle of Hagar's wilderness, she discovers something that changes everything: God sees her. Maybe waiting doesn't mean God has forgotten you. Maybe someone else's story isn't taking anything away from yours. And maybe the God who made the promise is still working—even when you can't see it yet.     The Woman At The Well

    She came to the well trying to avoid people. She left the well telling everyone about Jesus. The woman at the well was carrying more than a water jar. She was carrying shame, a complicated past, and the weight of being known by the people around her. But when she encountered Jesus, He didn't ask her to hide her story. He met her right in the middle of it. Jesus knew everything about her—and still chose to speak to her. What started as an ordinary trip to the well became an encounter that changed everything. The woman who once had reasons to hide became the woman who couldn't stop talking about the Man who knew her completely. In this episode, we're talking about shame, being fully known, living water, and what happens when we realize our past doesn't disqualify us from sharing Jesus. Because sometimes the very story we're most afraid to tell becomes the story God uses to point someone else toward Him.
