Nicole’s two-year-old just loved his first Disneyland trip, Krystal’s 18-month-old is climbing everything, and Kristine’s independent preschooler is thriving in gymnastics. Of course, with milestones come challenges: tantrums, testing patience, and finding healthier ways to handle big feelings. We also open up about transitioning out of breastfeeding — from clogged ducts and mastitis to the bittersweet emotions of closing that chapter and gaining new freedom for work and creativity. This shift has us reflecting on “matrescence,” the identity evolution of motherhood, and navigating mom guilt, balance, and support systems. Finally, we dive into family planning: from being “one and done” to considering another round with the newborn stage, and the pressures society places on these choices. It’s been a joy growing alongside our listeners this season.
