    Growing through Motherhood

    In my podcast "Growing Through Motherhood," I share my journey of how becoming a parent completely changed my life. After living in survival mode for so long, I found myself missing those precious everyday moments with my children. Now that my daughter has turned eight, it's opened up a whole new wave of trauma.
