Their network covers a broad range of mental health services for those in need of immediate help or ongoing support. Contact: 0300 123 3393, Mind. 1. CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably) – Specializes in suicide prevention and offers support to anyone struggling. Their helpline and live chat are available every day from 5 pm to midnight. Contact: 0800 58 58 58, CALM. 2. Samaritans – A well-known organization that provides 24/7 support for people in emotional distress.
