    Let’s Stop Pretending: How to Apply The Lens of Love Without Forcing You to “Love”

    This week’s episode is not so much about lovey dovey peace of mind stuff, as it is about understanding that you actually don’t need to love everything around you to live in high frequency. D & Mandy agree that unapologetic authenticity is the only path to enlightenment, if you don’t want to “cheat” life and bypass your soul and emotions. There is a huge difference in pretending to love everything and everyone, and looking at things through a lens of love.   We’re all humans with human flaws and bad days. Let’s not pretend otherwise. What defines our characters, is about how we show up for ourselves and the people around us during these days.   Mandy shares a story from when she attended a spiritual festival and lashed out on a man who didn’t deserve it, and then took responsibility for her actions. D admits that she sometimes can be mad at her kids, but that she apologizes afterwards.   Both D and Mandy, although their different approaches, agree that for society to truly restore the balance between men and women, everyone now need to understand that men and women are biologically different and not meant to be too much in each other’s energies. The hormone cycle of a woman is 28 days, and for a man it’s 24 hours. It’s important to understand that now, to truly reach the equality this world so long has been longing for.
