I’m here for all the episodes about the history of food—vanilla, chocolate, marzipan, pizza, the latest one—peanut butter! Since I fall asleep long before each episode finishes, I just keep relistening. Very relaxing and does what it’s meant to—help me sleep!

I so look forward to the Sleepy History editions that drop every Sunday! Now they are dropping on Thursday too, so twice a week, these are my favorite 😍 They are so well done! I’m like a little kid filled with excitement when I see a new one drop! Thanks you for adding it twice a week ! 👍🏼
