    Reclaiming Conscious Authority and Personal Power

    This is a raw, in-the-moment reflection on what happens when you decide to step into greater authority, visibility and impact and your nervous system immediately brings up every reason it feels unsafe. We explore the shadow side of expansion, subconscious associations with power and how to consciously redefine leadership so you can step forward without abandoning your integrity.
