    Just Do The Thing!

    Two years ago, I almost didn't press record. I wasn't ready. My skills weren't perfect. I didn't have it all figured out. But my mentor gave me the best advice I’ve ever received: "We are never going to be ready for our life. Just start right where you're at."Looking back on 2 years of Tracy Talks, my podcast hasn't looked exactly the way I envisioned—and that's okay. We love to trap ourselves in this binary that something is either a massive success or a total failure. But if you grew, if you found your voice, and if you stopped letting fear keep you small?
