creating a life that feels safe 🧿🪬

Hey you guys… Lately I’ve been realizing that healing is not always about becoming a new person. Sometimes it’s about finally creating a life where your mind, body, and spirit feel safe enough to rest. In this conversation, we’re talking about survival mode, emotional safety, nervous system healing, peace, overstimulation, spirituality, and what it really means to stop performing your way through life. I also open up about how chaos can become familiar, why peace can feel uncomfortable at first, and the quiet ways we abandon ourselves trying to survive. This episode is for anybody who’s been carrying too much for too long. Anybody trying to rebuild a softer life. Anybody learning that peace is not weakness. And anybody craving a version of success that actually feels good internally. Thank you for being here and growing with me. If this episode resonates with you, make sure you follow the podcast, leave a rating, and share it with somebody who may need this conversation today. You can also watch full episodes and more content over on YouTube: https://linktr.ee/ashleicupid ✨ Questions to ask yourself after listening ✨ 1. Do the environments around me actually feel emotionally safe? 2. What parts of my life constantly dysregulate my nervous system? 3. Have I confused chaos with passion or love? 4. What would a softer version of success look like for me? 5. What habits, relationships, or environments no longer feel aligned with my spirit? 6. When was the last time I truly felt at peace within myself? Thank you for listening, thanks for your support.

    why my priorities changed ✨🪬

In this episode, I talk about something I’ve been realizing deeply lately: sometimes healing changes your priorities. As we grow emotionally, spiritually, and mentally, the things we once chased no longer feel aligned. The relationships, habits, goals, and versions of ourselves we once centered can begin to shift as we evolve. In this conversation, I share my thoughts on outgrowing survival mode, redefining success, protecting peace, and learning to listen to yourself again, rather than constantly performing for the world around you. 🌱 In this episode 🌱 Why healing naturally changes your prioritiesOutgrowing people, habits, and old versions of yourselfThe difference between external success and internal peaceLearning to slow down and reconnect with yourselfWhy protecting your energy is part of spiritual growthLetting go of guilt for evolving beyond what once fit you✨ May General Life Path Tarot Readings Are Now Open ✨ If you are seeking clarity, guidance, or deeper insight into your current season of life, I am currently offering general life path tarot readings for the month of May. repairing the relationship with yourself 🤎✨

In this episode, we dive into something that many people are quietly struggling with but do not always know how to put into words, their relationship with themselves. For a long time, many of us have been operating in survival, showing up for others, pushing through, adapting, and performing, without ever really checking in with what we need, how we feel, or whether we are actually aligned. But repairing your relationship with yourself requires more than surface level self care. It requires honesty, awareness, and a willingness to stop abandoning yourself in small everyday moments. In this conversation, we explore what it really looks like to rebuild self trust, reconnect with your inner voice, and create a relationship with yourself that is grounded in respect, alignment, and consistency. We also talk about how disconnection happens over time, how to recognize when you are overriding your own needs, and why healing is not about becoming someone new, but returning to who you are without conditioning. So have your pen and paper ready 🤗 In this episode, we discuss: What it actually means to have a relationship with yourselfHow self abandonment shows up in everyday decisionsWhy small moments of misalignment create long term disconnectionRebuilding self trust through small, consistent promisesChanging your inner dialogue from criticism to awarenessLearning how to sit with yourself without distractionRecognizing emotional and physical signals as internal communicationCreating space between reaction and aligned responseIf this episode resonates, share it with someone who needs it and take a moment to reflect on where you can start showing up for yourself differently today. spiritual boundaries are still boundaries ✨🪬🧿

In this episode, I discuss something that many people in spiritual spaces struggle with but do not always talk about openly: boundaries. For a long time, many of us have been taught that being spiritual means always being patient, forgiving everything, and constantly being the bigger person. But I believe that compassion and self-respect can exist at the same time. In this conversation, I explore why protecting your energy is not selfish, why empathy does not require self-sacrifice, and how boundaries are a healthy and necessary part of spiritual growth. I also talk about the guilt that can come with creating distance, how to recognize when someone is draining your energy, and why honoring your peace is one of the most important forms of self-awareness. In this episode, I discuss: The common misconception that spirituality means tolerating everythingThe difference between compassion and self-sacrificeWhy boundaries are not punishmentsThe emotional guilt that can come with protecting your peaceLearning to respect your own emotional and spiritual limitsDo I sometimes confuse compassion with self-sacrifice?What boundary might my intuition be asking me to create? What would protecting my peace actually look like in my life right now?You don’t need answers right away. 🖤 🌱 If you have ever felt conflicted about saying no or creating distance while trying to stay compassionate, this episode is for you. 🌱 For more moments like this: https://linktr.ee/ashleicupid

    wellness isn't just physical 🌱📿

In this deeply reflective episode of I’m Not Gonna Lie, I open up about redefining what wellness truly means. For years, I have focused on doing everything “right” physically, eating better, moving more, showing up strong, only to realize I still felt drained and disconnected on the inside. This conversation goes beyond surface level health and into the layers we often overlook. I explore the connection between mental and emotional weight, spiritual alignment, financial stress, nervous system regulation, and the environments we allow to shape our energy. As always I share how releasing old expectations, reconnecting spiritually, setting stronger boundaries, and intentionally designing her space shifted her understanding of wholeness. Wellness, this episode reminds us, is not about appearances or productivity. It is about alignment. It is about honoring your body, your mind, your spirit, and your peace. If you have ever felt strong on the outside but tired on the inside, this episode is your invitation to pause and reflect. You deserve more than survival. You deserve peace. You deserve balance. You deserve wholeness. In this episode we talk about : 🎧 Redefining wellness beyond physical health and understanding why looking healthy does not always mean feeling wholeRecognizing emotional and mental exhaustion that hides behind strength and productivityReleasing old guilt, fear, expectations, and past versions of yourself that no longer alignRebuilding spiritual connection through prayer, stillness, gratitude, and intentional check insUnderstanding how financial pressure, responsibility, and stress impact the nervous systemViewing peace and rest as forms of wealth and spiritual maturityBecoming intentional about your environment, relationships, and digital consumptionDesigning a life rooted in alignment, boundaries, and wholeness rather than survivalIf this conversation resonated with you, share it with someone who needs this reminder. ✨🌱 🪴 For ongoing reflections and updates: https://linktr.ee/ashleicupid 🪴 Thank you so much for your support. what I stopped entertaining 🪬🌱

In this episode, I get really honest about the thoughts, patterns, and energies I’ve consciously stopped entertaining in my life — and how doing so has completely shifted my peace, my energy, and my alignment. Over the years, I noticed how much space in my mind was taken up by overthinking, endless “what-ifs,” seeking validation from others, and allowing mental noise to dictate my emotions. It was subtle, but it was draining me, keeping me from fully showing up for myself and for the life I want to create. I want to share what it’s like to release these patterns and reclaim your energy. I talk about letting go of overthinking that doesn’t serve me, releasing the need for external validation, and creating boundaries around excess mental noise. I reflect on how these changes have allowed me to slow down, listen to my intuition, and step into my power in a more grounded, intentional way. This episode is a gentle reminder that your mind, your energy, and your spirit deserve sacred space. I guide you through reflection prompts and affirmations to help you notice what no longer serves you, release it, and create room for clarity, joy, and alignment. If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by your own thoughts, drained by other people’s opinions, or caught up in the noise of everyday life, this episode is for you. By the end, I hope you feel inspired to pause, reflect, and let go of the things that are holding you back. I want you to reclaim your energy, trust yourself, and step fully into your own alignment. Because when you stop entertaining what doesn’t serve you, you make space for your highest self to show up — fully, freely, and joyfully. In this episode, we explore the patterns, habits, and energies we often unconsciously entertain — and how releasing them can bring clarity, peace, and alignment. Key points include: Letting go of overthinking and unhelpful “what-ifs” that drain your energyReleasing the need for external validation and stepping into your own powerReducing excess mental noise and creating sacred space for your mind and spiritPractical spiritual wellness practices to protect your energy dailyReflection and affirmation practices to cultivate self-trust and alignment 👩🏽‍💻 For more moments like this: https://linktr.ee/ashleicupid 👩🏽‍💻
