First in the New Balance Grand Prix in the 3k. Andrew ran a time of 7:30.75 while taking the win and setting a world lead. Following this performance he made the trip from Boston to New York where he ran in the Wanamaker mile in the Millrose games. On his was to a new mile national record time of 3:49.26 Andrew also ran quicker than the current national indoor 1500m time by running 3:33.40.
