In the future, versions in Nepali and Urdu will also be added. The software platform and user interface (UI) also support Traditional Chinese and English to ensure convenience for users in the Hong Kong region. The AI chatbot supports Traditional Chinese and offers multilingual and culturally adapted health content targeting ethnic minorities and non-Chinese speakers, enhancing medication safety and information accessibility. The DrugIcon medication pictogram system is combined with Traditional Chinese labels to help users—especially the elderly and ethnic minorities—better understand medication instructions intuitively, thereby improving patient medication adherence.
