I talk openly about what it looked like to navigate old patterns, nervous system dysregulation, and the feeling of being “stuck” despite having done years of healing work. I share how somatic healing became the missing piece not as a way to fix myself, but as a way to create safety in my body, reconnect with my intuition, and allow joy and peace to become my baseline. This episode is an invitation to explore a gentler, more embodied approach to change. One that doesn’t rely on force, hustle, or constant self-improvement, but instead honors the body, the subconscious mind, and the wisdom they hold.
