For neurodivergent individuals, intimacy can be a complex mix of craving connection, avoiding pressure, navigating sensory sensitivities, and decoding unspoken rules. In this episode of Voice of the Divergent, we dive into the realities of sex and relationships when you have a brain that works a little differently. We explore how Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD) makes us fear rejection while demand avoidance causes us to resist expectations—sometimes at the same time.
