S02 EP18: The Wisdom Hidden in Your Experience with Peggy

Sometimes, we ask God, “Why did I have to go through this?” But what if another question is more important: “God, what are You forming in me through this?” In this episode of The Worshipper, Her God, and Her Gift, Peggy reflects on the experiences that shape us, the painful seasons we often wish we could forget, and the wisdom of trusting God even when we cannot see the full picture. From a deeply personal reflection on identity and performance to a conversation about courage, resilience, healing, and purpose, Peggy explores how God can use our experiences to build capacity within us for the things He has prepared ahead. Joseph could not see Egypt from the pit.David could not see the throne from the field. The disciples could not see the resurrection from the cross. And sometimes, we cannot see what God is doing from where we are standing. Our experiences, both good and painful, can develop courage, discernment, wisdom, compassion, resilience, and strength. What was intended to tear us down can, by God's mercy, become part of what He uses to build us up and equip us to build others. The episode also explores a deeper question of identity: Who are you when you are not performing? Beyond your achievements, titles, work, service, relationships, and everything you do for others, who are you before God? At the heart of it all is a reminder that God's love is not earned through performance. He is Father before He is anything else to us, and our relationship with Him begins from the place of being loved. This conversation is an invitation to look back at your experiences through a different lens: What did you learn? What capacity was developed? What did God form in you?And how can what you have survived become a source of strength for someone else? Perhaps the experience is not the end of your story. Perhaps God has been preparing you for something you have not yet seen. “God, I don't understand this yet, but I trust that You are wise.” For inquiries, features, and collaborations:hello@theworshipperandhergod.com Instagram: @theworshipperandhergod

S02 EP17: When God Begins to Clean House (Isaiah 6: 9-13) with Peggy

What happens when God begins to clean house? Sometimes, what looks like loss, confusion, isolation, pruning, or even destruction may actually be God removing what no longer belongs and making room for what He intends to build. In this episode of The Worshipper, Her God, and Her Gift, Peggy reflects on Isaiah 6:9–13 and explores the uncomfortable process of allowing God to thoroughly work in our lives. Using the picture of a deep house cleaning, she unpacks what it feels like when God begins to expose, remove, rearrange, prune, and tear down things that have occupied space in our hearts, relationships, ambitions, identities, and lives. The process may not feel good. You may not understand what God is doing. You may feel like you cannot hear Him, see clearly, or make sense of what is happening around you. But the cleaner sees what the person inside the house cannot see. God knows what needs to go. He also knows what needs to remain. And just as Isaiah speaks of a holy seed remaining in the stump after the trees have been cut down, there is something God preserves even through the cutting. The goal is not simply to leave the house empty. It is to make room for holiness, fruitfulness, and the expression of Christ in us. This episode is a reminder that familiarity is not the same as alignment, pruning does not always mean something was bad, and God's removal is not necessarily rejection. Sometimes, God is cleaning house because He knows what the house was always meant to become. If you are in a season where things are being removed, relationships are changing, familiar foundations are being shaken, or you simply cannot understand what God is doing, this conversation is an invitation to stay. Stay with Him.Stay through the pruning.Stay through the uncertainty.Stay until you see what He was making room for. Because after the cleaning, there is room for the right things to bear fruit. S02 EP16: The Emotional Rollercoaster of Faith with Peggy

In this episode of The Worshipper, Her God & Her Gifts, Peggy opens up about the emotional side of faith that we do not always talk about. Faith can be deeply personal, but it can also be difficult. There are moments when you believe strongly, yet your circumstances seem to suggest otherwise. You pray, wait, work, show up for others and keep moving, while privately wrestling with questions, uncertainty, disappointment and fear. Drawing from her own recent experiences, Peggy talks about what it means to hold on to what God has said about your identity, purpose and future, especially when there is little or no visible evidence of it yet. She reflects on how doubt can affect confidence, cause comparison and make us internalize situations that may have nothing to do with our worth. She also explores the idea of "anchor information", the truths God has spoken about who we are, what He has called us to do and where He is taking us. When circumstances shake us, returning to those truths can help us find our footing again. The conversation is also honest about the reality of wrestling with faith. Using C.S. Lewis's experience after the death of his wife as an example, Peggy reflects on how questions, fear and uncertainty do not necessarily mean that faith has failed. Sometimes faith looks less like having every answer and more like remaining anchored while moving through the uncertainty. Whether you are waiting for marriage, a child, a job, the fulfilment of a dream or simply trying to understand what God is doing in your life, this episode is a reminder to keep going, keep trusting, and keep becoming. Because sometimes the greatest expression of faith is choosing to believe while you are still in the in-between. S02 EP15: Trusting God Through the In-Between with Peggy

In this episode of The Worshiper, Her God and Her Gift, I reflect on what it means to trust God when life feels uncertain, unsettled, and somewhere between where you have been and where you are going. I share honestly about being in a season of transition, moving between places, making decisions about where to settle next, balancing work and relationships, and learning to navigate the discomfort of not having all the answers. For someone who naturally wants clarity and certainty before taking the next step, I am learning that sometimes faith simply means moving with God before I know exactly where He is taking me. I also explore the importance of checking in with ourselves during seasons of transition. Understanding our emotional temperature, recognizing what is influencing our reactions, and creating space to ask ourselves honest questions can reveal areas God wants to refine in us. Through my own experience, I reflect on a simple but profound lesson God has been teaching me: have the faith to move even when you don't have clarity, because in moving, God will meet you and give you direction. This episode is about learning to remain still while still moving, listening when God seems quiet, trusting what He has already done, and allowing His faithfulness in the past to become the confidence we need for the unknown ahead. If you are currently in an in-between season, navigating uncertainty, waiting for direction, or learning to trust God without knowing the outcome, this conversation is a reminder that you do not need to have everything figured out before you take the next step.
