There were plenty of false statements in this. He was not stopped by a routine traffic stop. He also didn’t say anything false about insurance companies.

innocent until proven guilty doesn't magically stop applying just because it was a rich person who died. it seems obvious that this man is being made an example of with his heavily exaggerated charges, and this podcast only serves to further the one-sided narrative pushed by those in power.
