    What seduces you? Towards or away from yourself..

    Dear Ones,What’s one thing seducing you away from yourself these days? What’s another seducing you towards yourself?I’ve been longing for long sits in nature calling me to my essence, and watching how I resist and override that longing with phone calls and task-lists. So many of us live in a push/pull with Life- resisting or giving into “temptation,” be it thought, emotion, sex, food, connection…the thing about our senses, is they’re always pointing outwards- where attention gets caught in the seductive world of phenomena, most of which take us away from ourselves, unless we know how to use them to come to center. Here are three things I’m leading that will help you come back to yourself- * HOMECOMING- Monthly gatherings to ignite and realize your intentions. Starts March 22.     One month in, where are you standing?

    Happy Full Moon Dear One, How are you? What is churning, what are you wanting- in work, in relationships, in your heart? And what gets in the way? As 2025 closed, we tied loose ends on our Completion Call as a community and then in Jan. A month ago on the Full moon, we set intentions on the Intention Setting Call as a community. That call was real- more than just wishful thinking, we actually got into the juice, that raw place we have to touch to make the magic happen. I’ve been seeing our call bring fruit for many of you already (!) and in my own Life. It’s affirming and encouraging to know we’re on the right track! Because the Law of harmonic resonance says when we touch what’s real, Life responds— to alignment, to coherence, congruence in our thought, action and emotion. A month into 2026 what are you noticing? How’re you tending to what really matters? Who/what resources and support will help you realize your longings? As Ti said on our podcast- Compassion in Action, Devotion in Motion - what matters won’t just happen on its own- we have to tend to it, center it- nurture it. Give it the guidance and the nutrients it needs…I’m up for the job, if you’re in for the ride! Alongside a group of intrepid doers and dreamers who are already gathering! It’s my special sauce- helping people live into their purpose is the core of my own. That’s what H O M E C O M I N G is about! We start this May!     🎙️Ep 07: Compassion in action, devotion in motion - Loving Kindness Yoga w/ Ti Harmony

    What does my Life center around? How much do I really trust Life, myself, others? How can Yoga evolve and honor its roots? What makes community cohere? Meeting Ti Harmony, my Yoga teacher, raised these questions and more— because he lives his own beautiful answers to them. I call him Hanuman for his devotion in action- and you’ll hear my joy and adoration for reasons that’ll soon become obvious. The first time I walked into Ti’s class I cried tears of homecoming (and still do), rather than those of anguish as I often have over the years. In his humble wooden studio I’ve found Yoga that honors its roots and contemporary context. The mix of relevance, reverence, humor, humility, and some really good company has helped me polish my practice. So, I sat down with a cup of tea with him, and we shared our journeys, exploring what it means to serve freely, to give deeply, and do the thing that you can’t not do! I asked him about everything I admire about how I see him live his Life— going for it and letting Life hold you, cutting away the noise, and really following what matters, how the heart of devotion can anchor a community of practice- simply, consistently, while holding it all lightly... Tune in to explore with us where Love, humor, focus, discipline, devotion, service and humility meet. Beloved, this episode feels timely for many reasons... Outside my town, there is snow, ice and ICE. Still, 19 buddhist monks are walking across the land. As peace, for peace. Like Ti did as a peace pilgrim 40 odd years ago. The crowds coming out to meet and cry with the monks show us we all have the power to make waves- quietly, steadily, lovingly and peacefully. We are all being called to be stewards of peace, warriors of Love.
