Emma has dedicated her life to helping others: she began working with people experiencing homelessness, supported women affected by domestic violence, and now runs her own practice as a nutritional therapist, specialising in women’s health. At 25, she survived a traumatic attack that changed her life. For the first time, she speaks openly about what happened, hoping her story might help others. It’s an honest conversation about trauma, recovery, and resilience. I encourage you to listen. This episode is available with Spanish subtitles. Emma ha dedicado su vida a ayudar a los demás: comenzó trabajando con personas sin hogar, apoyó a mujeres víctimas de violencia de género y hoy dirige su consulta como terapeuta nutricional, especializada en salud femenina.
