    What Nobody Tells You After You Say Yes

    A client said yes to mentorship with me this week... a clear, beautiful yes. And the minute she pressed pay, her brain went into an instant doubt spiral. If that's ever happened to you, this episode is for you. Because that spiral isn't a red flag. It's not intuition telling you to run. It's your nervous system catching up with a decision you've already made — and once you understand what's actually happening in your body, it loses most of its power over you. In this episode we get into why your brain panics the second you commit, how to tell the difference between fear and genuine misalignment (and yes, sometimes the answer really is no), why you rehearse the worst case in HD and give the best case about four seconds, and the reason nothing changes when you collect free resources but everything shifts the moment you pay. I'm also sharing two stories I don't often tell — the first big investment I made in myself and what I decided in that moment, and how this exact pattern showed up in my relationship, where I spent years creating the very thing I was most afraid of. Plus: why decision-making is a skill, not a personality trait, and how you build it.

    There Are No Accidents

    Have you ever had a plan fall apart… only to realise later it was the best thing that could have happened? In this episode, it all starts in my kitchen.
