NICK SNYDER (Oswego Classic Preview Show): Episode 108

The podcast is back this week (with Jacob off, but don't worry, he will be back on the next one). Canadian Supermodified driver Logan Rayvals steps in as co-host. This week we take our annual look at the upcoming 70th Annual Budweiser International Classic with Nick Snyder. In just his 2nd full season in a supermodified, Nick picked up his first heat race win, and has shown speed all season. Nick played college and professional hockey before jumping into a supermofieid with no previous racing experience. He talks about his journey from "field filler" or "start and parker" (his words) into a guy who is a threat to win at any given time. We also have Nick's father Tim join us, who won the Classic 25 years ago. Tim talks about his memories of his historic win, and what it means to now watch his son follow in his footsteps. We thank Nick, Tim and Logan for being on the episode and wish the guys the best of luck this coming weekend at The Steel Palace!
