    Say No to Anhedonia!!

    Somedays we just want to do something…..like exercise 😭 But what if those days turn into weeks and then months, you may have a case of Anhedonia. I just did and I am recovering nicely.. I’ll share with you a little bit of how I am working on getting through it and what has helped me.
