    Ajay Gohil Has Something for the Georgia Board

    In the closing seconds of the Georgia Board of Chiropractic Examiners' January 23, 2026 meeting, Ajay Gohil, Chair of the FCLB's Attorney Section and former Georgia board attorney, told the meeting he had stayed on the call because he forgot to mention something. He then invited Elizabeth Simpson, the Assistant Attorney General serving as the board's own legal counsel, to participate in an FCLB attorney panel at the Atlanta conference on May 2nd, all expenses covered. He also offered a paid ticket to the Board’s Executive Director. Minutes earlier, Simpson had confirmed on the record that the board had never sought a legal opinion on the very merger that Gohil was inviting her to attend. The board declined to ask for one and instead voted for the merger of two private corporations. Ajay Gohil serves as Assistant General Counsel to the District of Columbia Department of Health, where he acts as legal advisor and board attorney to the D.C. Board of Chiropractic. At the national level, he chairs the Federation of Chiropractic Licensing Boards' Attorney Section and co-founded the FCLB's Chiropractic Board Legal Advisory Committee. He previously served as Assistant Attorney General for the State of Georgia from 2000 to 2007, representing the Georgia Board of Chiropractic Examiners and other state health licensing boards.     Nevada Board Meeting April 25, 2026

He is telling the board that before it directs delegates on how to vote, it should have concrete information about the financial consequences of merging a 501(c)(3) and a 501(c)(6).     Prescription for Disaster: Montana’s Chiropractic Board Puts Public at Risk

    A recent Montana Board of Chiropractic meeting revealed alarming incompetence and bias as board members supported expanding scope to include Schedule IV drug prescribing—without understanding what those drugs are.     Deep Dive: Vaccination and Neurodevelopmental Disorders in Medicaid Enrolled Children
