    56: Progress Isn't Always A Podium

Send us a text It’s Blue Monday (Actually, we are a week late...) and this episode meets you exactly where you are. This week, the girls sit in the heaviness a little. They talk honestly about motivation, comparison, and the pressure to constantly be chasing the next goal. The next level. The next big dream. The version of success that looks impressive to everyone else. But what if those dreams aren’t realistic right now? And what if that’s actually… okay? This episode is about remembering where you came from. About realising that a year ago your horse might have been lame, you might have been scared, confidence might have been on the floor and now you’re here. Riding. Showing up. Still trying. And that's what matters. The girls unpack how easy it is to forget the hard chapters once you’re out of them, and how unfair it is to place invisible pressure on ourselves and our horses. Because our horses have no idea of the figurative weight we put on their backs. They’re just doing their best for us, every single day. This week’s Normal or Neigh is the horse-girl version of stage fright, and it couldn’t be more relatable if it tried. It might be Blue Monday, but you’re not alone. This one is raw, gentle, grounding and a reminder that progress doesn’t always roar. Sometimes it just quietly keeps going. Tune in and join the conversation!
