Christina Marie | Neurodiverse Family Support & Self-Care Coaching

Top-ranked podcast for neurodiverse families & self-care coaching in the U.S (PodStatus) ** TOP 2.5% GLOBALLY RANKED PODCAST** I help women with neurodiverse husband and kids prioritize self-care to thrive Hey lovely, is your husband neurodiverse, or are you a mom of a child with autism? Likely it is both. Are the daily demands of family life leaving you with little time for self-care? Do you feel your emotional needs are forgotten? Is your identity fading away under the weight of everyday responsibilities? Friend, I am glad you are here. This podcast will help you prioritize your self-care with simple planning solutions that empower you to rebuild your life and set healthy boundaries while still fulfilling your roles as a wife and mom. Hey, I’m Christina—married 18 years to a neurodiverse man and mom of three neurodiverse kids. For years, I tried to fix our home environment, hoping to ease the sensory and communication challenges in my neurodiverse family. But no matter how much I read or how many Christian experts I listened to, nothing bridged the gap between meeting everyone else’s needs and caring for myself. I was exhausted carrying so many responsibilities while my needs were unmet. My husband was frustrated with his limitations and didn’t know what to do. My neurodiverse kids needed my help to navigate a world they didn’t always understand, but their meltdowns and challenges were overwhelming and exhausting at times. My health began to decline as I focused on making our marriage and home life optimal for my spouse and kids to prevent the cycle of problems. I reached a breaking point when I realized that prioritizing my well-being wasn’t selfish—it was essential. That’s when I turned to simple planning solutions to create space for self-care. This podcast is here to guide you on a journey of self-care and healthy boundaries without sacrificing your roles as a wife or mom. By embracing a holistic approach rooted in biblical values, I rediscovered the vibrant woman God created me to be. Now, I want to help you reclaim your identity, heal your heart, and reconnect with the life you love. If you’re ready to begin your self-care journey, grab your sanity latte and listen in as we take another small, intentional step toward a peaceful, healthier you. *** Contact -> hello@christinamariepaperie.com Learn -> https://christinamariepaperie.com  Instagram -> @christinamariepaperie Facebook -> @christinamariepaperie Wanna work with me to jumpstart your self-care ? 76 | Confusion To Answers With Neurodiverse Diagnosis: Libby Clark from Cassandra Uncaged

I chat with Libby Clark, from the Cassandra Uncaged Podcast about her marriage and family life before and after the diagnosis, the difference the diagnosis made and how she does self-care in her life. I hope her story encourages you. Let me introduce you our guest. Libby has an intimate walk with Jesus, and has been married to Steve for 41 years, and they have 7 children. The first 32 years were chaotic confusion, but following Steve’s diagnosis of Asperger’s (ASD1) 9 years ago, they have an amazing new trajectory in their relationship, and together they have learned insights that bring hope to neurodiversity. Addressing the individual over the institution, Libby brings hopeful insight into healing the heart. Wounded people wound, but healed people heal. Libby utilizes a simple technique she developed called F-L-T.  Libby's coaching website https://www.cassandrauncaged.com Cassandra Unleashed Podcast https://cassandrauncaged.podbean.com/ Click here to watch on Youtube  💌 Sign Up for Email List    ❤️‍🩹 Self - Care Coaching Available   📩 Connect with me: Instagram or Facebook   Loved This Episode? 72 | How Avoiding Artificial Light At Night Helps Sleep & Self-Care | Circadian Savvy CEO Heidi Sime

Back in season 1, Episode 45 I shared being on the struggle bus with my sleep for YEARS. I began using night-time blue blocking glasses but it wasnt until I listend to Thaddeus Owens that I had an operating guide for my whole day for better sleep. My previous glasses, my husband said made me look like a Miami Vice Drug Queen so I went on the search for feminine, attractive glasses. When I saw Heidi Sime's (Thaddeus wife) circadian glasses, I was hooked. I purchased these on my own and have used them almost every evening, including when I am out in public. In this episode, Heidi and I will chat about her journey on improving her physical and mental health along with her passion to help women to have better sleep. And a big thank you to Heidi and Thaddeus, use code CHRISTNA10 for 10% off their gorgeous and functional circadian glasses.   My Guest: Heidi Sime Heidi Sime is the co founder and CEO of DreamWalkerz, a circadian wellness brand helping women restore sleep, energy, and overall well being through light based solutions.
