    Why do I always feel like something bad is going to happen?

Maybe you finally feel happy, peaceful, or excited about your life, but instead of enjoying it, you catch yourself preparing for the worst. Overthinking every possibility. Planning ten steps ahead. Bracing for something bad to happen. I've been there too. In this episode, I'm talking about the cycle of overthinking, living in survival mode, and why it can feel so hard to simply enjoy your life. I share my own experience of constantly bracing for the worst, how it kept me stuck living in the past and future, and what helped me finally start feeling safe in the present moment.     how letting go of control led to a breakthrough

    In this episode, I'm sharing a breakthrough I had recently that completely shifted the way I look at manifestation, trust, and surrender. I realized that even though I thought I had let go, I was still holding onto the "how" in ways I wasn't aware of. The more I reflected on it, the more I realized that our need to control the how often comes from fear and a desire to feel safe, certain, and in control. We talk about surrender, trusting the Universe, and why trying to force outcomes can actually create more resistance. I also share a personal story about something I deeply wanted and how it finally came into my life once I stopped gripping so tightly to how it was supposed to happen.
