    Will Jesus Say “Well Done”?

Will Jesus Say “Well Done”? What does a successful Christian life really look like? Jesus gives us the answer in Matthew 25:21: “Well done, good and faithful servant.” In today's episode of Finish The Race Daily, we examine what it means to live faithfully with the time, abilities, relationships, resources, and opportunities God has entrusted to us. The world measures success by wealth, recognition, influence, and accomplishments—but God's kingdom measures success very differently. We'll explore why faithfulness is often demonstrated through ordinary acts of obedience that few people ever see. Loving your family, serving your church, working with integrity, resisting temptation, sharing the gospel, praying faithfully, and helping someone in need may never receive applause, but God sees every act done for His glory. We'll also look at the Apostle Paul's powerful declaration near the end of his life: “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the course, I have kept the faith.” Our goal isn't perfection or earning salvation through good works; it is faithfully following Christ because we have already been saved by His grace. One day, every believer's race will come to an end, and we will stand before Jesus Christ. Until then, don't compare your calling with someone else's, don't become discouraged when your service goes unnoticed, and don't quit when the race becomes difficult. Keep serving. Keep believing. Keep obeying. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus and remain faithful until the end. May the desire of every Christian heart be to someday hear those precious words: “Well done, good and faithful servant.” Finish The Race, FinishTheRaceCom, Eric Thompson, daily Bible reading, Bible study, Legacy Standard Bible, LSB Bible reading, Christian podcast, Genesis Bible study, Matthew Bible study, Christian fellowship, Christian discipleship, Reformed theology, biblical worldview, daily devotional Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. The Real Reason Apostle Paul Is Under Attack

The Apostle Paul is facing renewed criticism in many online discussions, with some claiming he wasn't a true apostle or that his teachings should be rejected because they conflict with modern cultural values. In this episode, we examine those claims by turning to Scripture and the historical record to ask an important question: Was Paul really chosen by Jesus Christ? We'll explore Paul's dramatic conversion on the road to Damascus, the affirmation of his ministry by Peter, James, John, and the early Church, and why Peter himself referred to Paul's writings alongside the other Scriptures. We'll also examine why Paul's teaching on holiness, repentance, and sexual ethics remains one of the primary reasons his authority is challenged today. Join us as we separate fact from fiction and discover why Christians for nearly two thousand years have recognized Paul as a true apostle of Jesus Christ. Learn why defending Paul's apostleship ultimately means defending the authority, unity, and trustworthiness of God's inspired Word—and why these truths still matter for every believer today.
