Stepping Into Uncertainty Can Be Painful

Hello everyone, and welcome back to another episode of Quantum Waves of Wellness. I’m your host Dr. Paula Apro, holistic health mentor and your guide to unlocking the healing power within. In my last episode, I shared Dr. Bruce Lipton’s story about how he healed himself from cancer by decoding a message that his body was sending him. Just days after releasing that episode I had a personal experience that was sort of similar. Now, I didn’t heal from cancer, mind you, but today I want to tell you about a clear message that my body was sending and how it manifested as pain. One day, I was working with a new client who complained of chronic foot pain. The pain was on the tops of her feet and sometimes made it very difficult for her to walk. As we talked further about her life, she confided that she has a lot of financial worries that often dominate her thoughts. As a practitioner, my mind went immediately to her root chakra that has to do with “safety and security.” If we don’t feel safe and secure, we will often have feelings of lack and scarcity and this drags our energy way down. The Root chakra is pilot light for the entire chakra system and you can think of it like the foundation of a house. We all know the importance of a good foundation. Each of the chakras also control various aspects of the physical body and the Root chakra just happens to control the lower limbs. So basically, your lower body is really your foundation. All this was making sense to me, but the plot thickened a few hours later when I left my office and returned home. I took my dog for a long walk with no issues what-so-ever, but soon after that walk I developed some pain in my left foot. As the day went on the pain really increased. I figured that I somehow “took on” the energy of my client, as it is quite common for me to feel some of my client’s pain. I actually texted my client to jokingly let her know that I’m sharing her foot pain. But it was no joke. The pain kept getting worse. I turned to one of my magical pain-relieving energy devices, called a miHealth, and worked on my foot for 20 or 30 minutes. Unfortunately, that seemed to flare it up even worse and by the time it was bedtime, I had a very hard time putting weight on my left foot to walk to the bedroom. I just couldn’t believe how much pain I was in from NO INJURY … as I hobbled to the bedroom. The next morning, I woke up and could tell that the miHealth did, in fact, make some improvement, but I was still in pain. It felt like a bowling ball got dropped on my foot. And the minute that thought came into my head, I remembered those exact same words coming out of my mouth back in 2021. At that time, my left foot suddenly developed tons of pain and I literally said to my husband, “I feel like I dropped a bowling ball on my foot.” Of course, this really made me pause. This is the second time in my life when I got terrible sudden foot pain for no reason, both times in my left foot. So I thought about Dr. Bruce Lipton and thought “why is this happening to my left foot?” That’s when I remembered that I wrote a blog article about this very topic way back then. After reading the words I wrote 5 years ago, I found it amazing how relevant those words were today. Here is what I said in 2021 about the emotional causes of foot pain. It represents: * The need to step away from the situations in our lives that aren’t working for us. * The left foot speaks to our ability to walk away from toxic or unproductive people, places, or circumstances. * The energy field around the left foot gets very charged up when we are stuck in toxic situations. * When we want to pull away from something that is toxic or stressful, but we feel trapped, the energy gets frozen and sequestered around the left foot. * There is a feeling of being imprisoned in an uncomfortable or unhealthy situation. Five years ago was the start of Covid and all the travel restrictions. Back then, I was a frustrated non-vaxxed person being restricted from traveling to most places. I happened to own a piece of property in Mexico, which I refer to as my “happy place,” and the thought of being restricted from traveling to it infuriated me. My futures of “wintering in Mexico” were very uncertain and this obviously very much bothered me. So fast forward to today. I just couldn’t believe how obvious this whole foot pain thing was. I was so convinced that I picked up the energy from my client, but that was just a coincidence that I saw this client at the very same time that my husband and I were having big, deep, serious conversations about whether or not to sell our dream home in Maine and move away. I went back to review that list of left foot indications . . * The need to step away from the situations in our lives that aren’t working for us. - Maybe my super busy life in Maine is not what Iwe really want anymore. Maybe I am overwhelmed by running a healing practice and a new business. Maybe I am overwhelmed with the duties of running an Airbnb. * The left foot speaks to our ability to walk away from toxic or unproductive people, places, or circumstances. - Maybe I am starting to feel trapped by the exorbitant hikes in our property tax bill. * When we want to pull away from something that is stressful, but we feel trapped, the energy gets frozen and sequestered around the left foot. - Maybe I was feeling that signing a 1-year lease on office space was not the smartest idea. And of course, there really are no “maybes.” All of those things are completely true and it all just made so much sense at this point. Now, at the time we did NOT make any actual decisions about what we wanted to do, but just the THOUGHT of feeling trapped and the THOUGHT of our future being uncertain was enough to create the pain. Once I figured this out, I immediately did an Emotion Code™ on myself. This is a process of identifying and releasing trapped emotional energy that the body is having a problem processing. I found 3 emotions directly related to the foot pain and they were: worry, anxiety, and overwhelm. Within 2 hours of releasing those emotions the pain was nearly 100% gone. I went for my afternoon walk that day with no problem. And you ready for this? A week or so later, my husband started to complain that his foot arches were hurting. He said it was because he was on his feet all day the day before, but I just smiled and nodded. I knew better. I sat him down and we talked more about the decision we were mulling over. I made sure he felt confident that we didn’t have to make any decisions if we didn’t feel ready. The more we talked, the better his foot felt. Magically the next day, the pain was gone. No Emotion Code was even needed. This was all just another amazing reminder that our body is constantly adjusting to external stimuli. Every thought, every emotion, every interaction will affect our physical body. When you really think about this, it’s a miracle that we are not all falling to pieces. We are so much stronger and more resilient than we give ourselves credit for. Let’s just end this episode with that thought. Carry it with you and remember that you have the power to heal right inside of you. Your body always knows what it needs. You just need to learn how to listen to it. If this story resonated with you, and you’ve been wondering whether unresolved emotions may be contributing to stress, tension, or patterns in your own life, I’d love to help you explore that possibility. Through a virtual Emotion Code session, we work together to identify and release trapped emotional energies that may be creating hidden stress for your body and nervous system. Every session is personalized, gentle, and designed to help you better understand what your body may be trying to communicate. Sometimes the first step toward feeling better is simply listening to what your body has been trying to say all along. Thanks for listening to the episode of Quantum Waves of Wellness. What Is Your Body Trying to Tell You?

Hello everyone, and welcome back to another episode of Quantum Waves of Wellness. I’m your host Dr. Paula Apro, holistic health mentor and your guide to unlocking the healing power within. Today I’m going to share a story that really grabbed my attention last week. It wasn’t so much the story itself that affected me—it was the question that it left me asking myself. I recently read a letter written by one of my all-time favorite gurus, Dr. Bruce Lipton and really made me pause for reflection. This man has made such a profound impact on my core beliefs and has been such an inspiration over the past decade of my learning journey through natural medicine. In fact, Dr. Lipton was the commencement speaker the year I graduated. Here’s the story that Bruce recently told . . . About three years ago, Bruce visited an ear, nose, and throat specialist because he was experiencing pain around his face and ear. During the examination, the physician noticed something concerning in his throat. After a long pause, the doctor told Bruce that he had a tumor involving his tongue and throat and that it appeared to be cancer. Bruce said that he responded very calmly, and rather than reacting with fear, he said he simply acknowledged what he had heard. As someone who had spent decades teaching about the relationship between beliefs, biology, and health, he knew this was the moment when he would have to put his own ideas into practice. After further evaluation by an oncologist, he was diagnosed with a malignant cancer. According to Bruce, he was presented with two primary treatment options. One was surgery that would involve removing part of his tongue. The other was an extensive course of radiation followed by chemotherapy. He was also informed about the significant side effects that could accompany those treatments, including damage to his teeth, difficulty breathing and swallowing, and loss of his sense of taste. Bruce decided that he wanted to pursue his own integrated healing approach. Although he later chose to undergo two very short, targeted radiation treatments, he declined the more extensive treatment plan that had been recommended and focused his attention on supporting his overall health in other ways. As time went on, the tumor grew and eventually affected his ability to speak clearly. For someone whose career centered around teaching and lecturing, this became a deeply personal challenge. Rather than asking only how to eliminate the tumor, Bruce asked himself a different question: “Why my tongue?” Notice her didn’t ask, “Why me?” but rather why my tongue?” As he reflected on his life, he realized something that surprised him. For more than twenty years he had been developing ideas that challenged the traditional Darwinian view of evolution. His research into epigenetics and quantum science had led him toward a very different understanding—one based on cooperation rather than competition. He had long felt called to write another book explaining these ideas, but he kept postponing it. He had some serious hesitations about publicly challenging Darwin’s theory with a new theory of his own. I mean that is a pretty big undertaking. So Bruce keep putting off the writing of this book and instead, he continued traveling the world giving lectures. He eventually came to the conclusion that his body was sending him a message. In his own interpretation, it was as if his biology was saying, “Bruce, you need to STOP TALKING...and write the darn book already.” So he did. He cancelled his speaking engagements and devoted himself to writing what would become Beyond Darwin. At the same time, he embraced what he described as a broad, integrative approach to supporting his health. He traveled to Costa Rica to work with a nutritionist who helped him completely change his diet. A biological dentist discovered an abscess associated with an old root canal near the area of the tumor, which Bruce believed was contributing to a chronic toxic burden. He also worked with an osteopath, a naturopath, practitioners using energy psychology approaches such as Psych-K®, and practitioners using methods including the Emotion Code® and Body Code®. He described using an AI-assisted energy device based on Rife technology, ozone inhalation, nutritional supplements, energy healing, and he expressed gratitude for the prayers and support he received from people around the world. That was my favorite part of the story because I personally use and offer several of these modalities! Bruce continued in his letter by saying that none of this happened overnight and that healing required patience. He believed that changing deeply held beliefs and patterns takes time and that there were many moments throughout the process that were painful and frustrating. He also felt that his own healing journey unfolded alongside the completion of the book he believed he was meant to write. According to Bruce, once the manuscript was finished, follow-up scans showed that the tumor had become benign and had stopped growing. Later, he reported that subsequent imaging showed no remaining evidence of the tumor! Incredible!! Whether someone agrees with Bruce’s conclusions or not, what I found most meaningful about his story wasn’t the specific therapies he chose. It was the question he was willing to ask himself. Instead of asking only, “How do I get rid of this?” He asked, “What is my body trying to tell me?” That question is the part of his story that stayed with me and it made me ask the same question about myself. You all know what I do for a living. I spend my days talking and teaching about energy, and helping others uncover hidden stressors that drain their vitality. So imagine the irony... The sad truth is that I’ve been struggling with low vital energy myself. Not exactly feeling tired after a long day. I rarely complain about being tired. However, I have other tell tale signs of cellular depletion and believe me, this is extremely frustrating for me given that I have all the tools and knowledge to fix it. So why would my own cellular energy be struggling? After trying several different supplements, protocols, gadgets, etc, it took Bruce’s story to finally wake me up. When I really sat with the question, “What is my body trying to tell me?” one word kept coming back over and over again. Nourishment. Not nutrition. Nourishment. There’s a big difference. I’ve realized that my body isn’t utilizing minerals the way it needs to and the sad reality is that changing my nutrition isn’t going to help because putting gas into a broken tank doesn’t fill your tank. Those minerals that I’m trying to consume are not sticking inside my tank. And minerals are the building blocks that allow our cells to produce energy. So I’ve come to the conclusion that my body isn’t just asking for nutritional nourishment. It’s asking for soul nourishment. And this is the exact theory that i learned in school that I loved so much. According to Dr. Edward Bach (the man behind the Bach flower essences) all dis-ease originates from a broken or unhappy spirit. Over the past several months, my entire life has revolved around getting The ZenDen up and running. Yes, it’s been exciting and fulfilling, but it’s also been exhausting. I’ve poured my heart into building something that I truly believe can help people, but somewhere along the way... I stopped nourishing myself. There is no longer any time in my days for fun or relaxation. I’m not taking time to learn new things (my favorite pastime). I’m not enjoying creative activities. I’m not taking classes. I’m not even exercising much. I’m just working all the time and my body is not happy. I have the choice to either listen to it, or ignore it and push through. But let me tell you, ignoring the symptoms or signals that your body is sending will never end well. We HAVE to pay attention to the symptoms and signals. Sometimes they may be easy to decode and other times it may be a mystery that seems impossible to solve. Even with all of my bioenergetic tests, it took me sitting quietly and reflecting on my life to discover the problem. Bruce’s story was the catalyst to help me finally open my eyes. And I can be the catalyst for you. If you have signals that you are having trouble reading, please consider a bioeneregtic voice analysis to uncover your hidden stressors. Together we can try to connect some dots that may lead you to your answers. I’ll drop a link in the show notes to my service that helps you uncover hidden stressors. Just remember, your body knows what it needs most. You just need to learn how to listen carefully. You might be surprised by what it’s trying to tell you. In my case, it’s not that I need to do more, or work harder at improving my health. In my case, I need to relax and do less. I’m excited to get to a place some time soon where I can do that. Thanks for joining me on another episode of Quantum Waves of Wellness. And until next time, sit quietly and ask your body what it’s trying to tell you. Making Frequency Medicine Make Sense

What exactly is frequency medicine, and why are so many people talking about it? In this episode of The Frequency Effect, Dr. Paula Apro sits down with wellness entrepreneur, author, and international speaker Casey Conrad to explore one of the biggest challenges facing practitioners today—not the technology itself, but how to explain it in a way that people can actually understand. Casey shares the simple analogies she uses to introduce frequency medicine, why she believes curiosity is more important than convincing skeptics, and how practitioners can attract the people who are truly ready for this work. Along the way, she shares inspiring stories of hope, healing, and the profound impact these technologies can have on people’s lives. Whether you’re completely new to frequency medicine or you’re a practitioner looking for better ways to communicate its value, this conversation will leave you with fresh perspectives and practical takeaways. In this episode, we discuss: * Why explaining frequency medicine doesn’t have to be complicated * The power of using everyday analogies to describe frequency and biofeedback * What quantum biofeedback is—and why the “quantum” part isn’t as mysterious as it sounds * Why you should educate people instead of trying to convince them * How to identify people who are genuinely open to alternative approaches * The role of energy, vibration, and resonance in our everyday lives * Practical ways to introduce frequency medicine without overwhelming people * Real client stories that demonstrate the potential of frequency-based wellness technologies * Why hope is often the most important thing we can offer * Finding the balance between conventional medicine and complementary approaches Key Takeaways ✨ Frequency affects us every day—from music that changes our emotions to the natural rhythms of our bodies. ✨ The best way to explain frequency medicine isn’t through technical jargon—it’s through relatable experiences everyone already understands. ✨ You don’t need to convince everyone. Focus on educating those who are curious and open-minded. ✨ Healing is a partnership. Practitioners provide the tools and support, but the body ultimately does the healing. ✨ Frequency medicine isn’t about replacing conventional medicine—it’s about expanding the options available to support health and recovery. Bach Flowers and Emotional Balance

Today I want to talk about something that is near and dear to my heart: Bach Flower essences, a natural path to emotional healing. Welcome to Quantum Waves of Wellness. I’m your host, Dr. Paula Apro—Doctor of Natural Medicine, holistic health mentor, and your guide to unlocking the healing power within. Today, we are going to explore one of my favorite ways to bring your emotions back into balance. Some of you may already know what Bach Flowers are, and some of you may be thinking, “I’ve heard the name, but I really don’t know much about them.” And honestly, that was me many years ago. I remember one of my roommates back in energy medicine school was starting to study them. The Bach Flowers were not part of our curriculum, and I was curious, but I had enough to worry about just trying to finish my certification. So I put my curiosity on hold. And then they resurfaced in a big way as I was completing my recent advanced degrees. I chose to work with the Bach Flower essences as the basis for my PhD dissertation research project. My fascination with them certainly grew during and after that project, but then life gets busy, I have a million other directions I’m always running in, and I simply forgot how very much I appreciate these magical little remedies. It wasn’t until I recently ran a Bach Flower workshop at the local high school here in Maine that my love and appreciation for them came flooding back. So today I thought I would share a little bit about what they are and why I love them so much. I have always been fascinated by the connection between emotions and health. In fact, if you’ve listened to this podcast for any length of time, you know that I talk about emotions quite a bit. I think we often underestimate how much influence they have over our lives. But the truth is, up to 90% of dis-ease in the body or mind is linked back to negative emotional energy trapped in the biofield. Most of us are carrying things around that we never fully processed. We all know it as “emotional baggage.” The worry, fear, resentment, grief, disappointment, etc . . . it can be from any time in our lives, and we just keep dragging it with us into the future. There is no doubt that it affects our energy, our outlook on life, and most definitely our health. That was exactly what fascinated Dr. Edward Bach. I guess I should back up a little bit and explain who Dr. Bach was. Dr. Edward Bach was a physician in England back in the early 1900s. He became increasingly frustrated with the idea of treating only physical symptoms. Sound familiar? I think we could use more Dr. Bachs in this world today! He started noticing that people with the same illnesses often had very similar personalities, emotional patterns, attitudes, and responses to stress. And he began wondering if those emotional patterns mattered when it came to health. His research led him to conclude that emotions and an unhappy spirit were the root of all dis-ease. Therefore, his aim was to make the spirit happy again by balancing emotions as a path to wellness. This resonated with me greatly because one of my favorite Quantum Physics healing theories is called “Downward Causation.” What this theory states is that healing goes “from the top down” . . . From the Spirit body, to the Mental body, to the Emotional body, to the Vital Body, and then finally to the physical body. Basically, healing the Spirit will heal everything else beneath it. This is where spontaneous remissions take place. If you only heal your Physical body without addressing the emotional, mental, and spiritual, chances are very great that the illness or disease will only resurface somewhere down the road. Since my dissertation had to prove out one of the Quantum Physics theories, I decided to see if I could prove that healing the spirit using Bach Flowers could actually reduce pain in the physical body. Now the research project was much more complicated than that, but I’m not going to bore you with the details. I just wanted to explain how I really got so intrigued with the Bach Flowers. By working with 20 different subjects and taking deep dives into their emotional wellness and their corresponding physical symptoms, there was NO DENYING the intimate connection between the two. Dr. Bach developed a system of 38 flower remedies designed to support different emotional states. I honestly can’t explain how a flower can affect an emotion, but that is the beauty of energy medicine... you don’t have to understand it, or even believe in it, to have it work. It just works. Through my research project, I was able to closely map out various people’s emotional challenges and correlate them to very specific physical ailments. And of course, the beauty of all this was that I used voice analysis to help us determine the Bach Flower essences that each individual was most in need of. The challenge is knowing, or guessing, which Bach Flowers would be the most beneficial for you. This can be very tricky because: * Sometimes our conscious mind is not really aware of how we truly feel because we are repressing old wounds. * And oftentimes, we are in complete denial of our hidden emotional states. Case in point... just this past weekend, I got inspired to make myself a custom remedy. I used my voice analysis to determine my highest priority flower essences. One of the flowers that came up as a high priority was Holly, and this particular one is to help with the feelings of “hate and jealousy.” Like most people, I immediately rejected the need for that particular flower because I feel that I don’t have a single ounce of hate or jealousy in me. But then I dug a little deeper into the essence of that flower. All of the flowers give you the negative personality traits that they are meant to balance, but sometimes it’s better to focus more on the positive virtue they are meant to bring. For instance, rather than me saying, “this is BS, the voice analysis must be wrong because I’m not at all a hateful or jealous person” ... I instead looked deeper into the potential benefits of taking this particular essence. It was then that I discovered that people in need of this flower may be unconsciously suffering from insecurity, and they may lack the ability to love. Hmmmm, now this sounds more like me! This really hit home for me, and I certainly could identify with this rather than feelings of hatred and jealousy. My wounded and closed heart seems to be a common recurring theme in most of my voice analyses. I went on to read that, “Holly protects us from everything that is not Universal Love. Holly opens the heart and unites us with Divine Love.” And I thought, “Yes, please. Give me some of that!” So my point here is that I would have NEVER chosen this flower for myself, but my subconscious knows better, and a voice analysis gives us the power to bypass the conscious mind and get information directly from the subconscious. I just find this so fascinating because many people are completely unaware of the emotional patterns they are carrying. And if you don’t know something is there, how can you address it? It’s a little bit like carrying a backpack full of rocks. If you’ve been carrying it long enough, eventually it just feels normal. You stop noticing the weight. But the weight is still there and so is your emotional stress. It gave me so much joy to introduce the Bach Flowers and voice analysis to the participants of my recent workshop. Every single person agreed that their voice analysis was spot on. Somehow this technology ‘just knew them.’ One of my favorite aspects of working with the Bach Flowers is that it changes the typical perspective of people seeking to improve their health. Rather than asking, “What’s wrong with me?” working with the Bach Flowers reframes the questions to, “What emotions are asking for my attention?” Usually it’s the emotions underneath the symptoms that are the pieces we’ve been missing all along. I always say... “Symptoms are messages.” But now I know that emotions are messages too! Now for the bad news. It’s usually very difficult for many people to get in touch with their emotions, me included. If at any given time in a normal day somebody asked me how I “feel,” I would have a hard time assigning an emotion or really even knowing how I feel. The sad truth is that most people are completely disconnected from their bodies and feelings so it’s hard to know what balancing you may need. And that’s where the voice analysis is like gold. You don’t have to know how to get in touch with your true feelings. Your subconscious does all the work for you. If you are interested in experiencing this for yourself, and you can be in Rockland, Maine on Thursday, August 6th, I’ll be running my Soothe Your Soul - Bach Flower Workshop from 6 - 8 PM. Wired, Tired, and Energetically Overloaded

Hello everyone, and welcome back to Quantum Waves of Wellness. I’m your host, Dr. Paula Apro, holistic health mentor, energy guru, and your guide to unlocking the healing power within. Today I’m going to explore some hidden energetic influences affecting your health and a possible way to better thrive in today’s challenging world. There is something lurking all around us that we cannot see… cannot smell… and often, we don’t even think about… yet we are immersed in it every single day. And that is EMFs. Those evil Electromagnetic frequencies. Don’t get me wrong, I love technology as much as the next person, and I would be lost without it. We live in a wireless world that makes things very convenient every single day. There’s no going back to life without wireless technology. But the reality is this… The human body was never designed to be surrounded by this level of constant man-made electromagnetic exposure 24 hours a day. For thousands of years, humans lived primarily within the Earth’s natural electromagnetic environment. Today, we are swimming in an ocean of artificial frequencies coming from cell towers, wireless routers, smart homes, tablets, smart watches, earbuds, televisions, and devices that stay way too close to our bodies almost constantly. And while science continues to debate just how much impact these EMFs may have on human biology, most of us don’t need a scientific report to realize that we simply don’t feel well. We’re more wired and tired. More restless. More anxious. More mentally foggy. And perhaps most commonly of all… We’re not sleeping well. I can’t tell you how many of my clients complain about waking up between 2 and 4 in the morning every single day, unable to get back into deep restorative sleep. I have always been able to relate because, after menopause, I was also one of them. I think I just resolved to the fact that “as you get older, it’s harder to sleep.” And after menopause, hormones are imbalanced. That was just a fact of life. I guess I figured that if that was my biggest problem, then I’m doing alright. I never really tried to address it or improve it. And maybe there’s another little lesson here. You know how when you focus too much on something that is wrong, and you try too hard to “fix yourself?” Well, things rarely improve if you’re focusing on the negative. I wasn’t giving my sleep disruption a single thought, and now I’m finding it almost funny that I greatly improved it, quite by accident. And how did I do that? Well, I recently acquired a new device called the Qi-Me device from a company called Waveguard. They claim to help the human body better handle EMFs. There are so many other products out there making similar claims that I just wasn’t quite sure I was buying it. The industry can get really hard to navigate because you don’t know who to trust. Luckily for me, I have the superpower to be able to test energy, and that’s exactly what I did the minute I took the product out of the package. I have to say, I was a bit skeptical based on its very simplistic design. It’s basically a block of wood with a golden metal plate on top. What caught my attention about this particular product is that it does not actually claim to block EMFs or shut down your WiFi signal. Instead, the company says the device uses what they call a patented depolarization process designed to transform concentrated man-made electromagnetic radiation into a more dispersed form that behaves more like naturally occurring environmental frequencies. Now this is interesting. It seemed to be a very different approach. In simple language, the idea is not to eliminate technology…but to help the body interact with these frequencies differently. And now that I think about it, I didn’t exactly test for bad energy. In other words, I have special pendulums that can detect toxic energy. Rather than using one of those, I instead used a pendulum that measures the strength of my own biofield. I first measured myself to get a baseline. Then I placed my hand over my laptop, which was turned on with Bluetooth and wifi both activated, and I tested my energy again. No big surprise, it tanked. Then, I kept my hand over the laptop and picked up the Qi-Me block and watched the pendulum spin increase until it was stronger than my baseline energy. Impressive! The part about the Qi-Me product that I love is that it’s passive and requires no charging, batteries, apps, or setup. You simply keep it near you — on your body, at your desk, or near your bed. What I didn’t like about it was that, although it is small, it’s not small enough to wear or carry with you everywhere. The only thing I could imagine doing with it was either putting it on my desk near my computer or leaving it on my nightstand. Since I am constantly moving around the house with my computer and I no longer consistently sit in my office, I decided to just place it on my nightstand. After that, I pretty much forgot all about it. It was after about 3 weeks that I was having a conversation with somebody about how my sleep has been amazing. I mean, I now sleep throughout most nights without waking up at all. My husband getting up doesn’t wake me up. My dog moving about the bed doesn’t wake me up. And apparently my hormones are no longer waking me up. It was shortly after this conversation when it dawned on me that I placed that little block of wood on my nightstand. Could that be making the difference? I honestly can’t tell you anything definitively. I mean, how could it be proven? All I can say is that I’m impressed with the little product. I have no idea how it works, but then again, I couldn’t really explain most of the healing tools that I use. That’s what I love the most about energy medicine. You don’t have to understand it or even believe it for it to work. I believe in the Qi-Me enough to stand behind it. I feel that the more little things we can do daily to reduce our toxic exposure, the better off we will be. Many of us buy organic foods and steer clear of toxic cleaning products, but we also can’t forget that humans are energetic beings living inside energetic environments. Everything carries frequency. Everything carries information. And our bodies are constantly responding to the invisible world around us. So whether you explore EMF reduction through grounding, limiting screen exposure, turning off devices at night, spending more time in nature, or experimenting with tools like this one… take small steps in the right direction as often as you can. If you’re interested in learning more about the Qi-Me product, there’s a link in my show notes. Thank you so much for joining me for another episode of Quantum Waves of Wellness. And until next time…stay curious, stay conscious, and keep riding the waves of wellness. Quantum Waves of Wellness is a reader-supported publication.
