    In today’s episode Gaby breaks down her journey to identifying as pansexual and when she first realized she was attracted to people of the same sex. Surprise! It all goes back to childhood! Do you remember your first crush? Well Gaby vividly remembers her first BIG crush and guess what? It was a girl. A girl with coily curls and the cutest personality. Thankfully Gaby has found acceptance with her family and while she has yet to go on a first date with a girl, the time will come when the time is right.     In today’s episode, Gaby shares how her most recent spiral reminded her to get out of her head. As we all know the mind is the most powerful tool in our body and it can also be our worst enemy.     In today’s episode Gaby shares how the key to manifestation is to be a kid again. You need to be playing more, creating more and living life not thinking logically. She has learned to catch the spiral of logical thoughts and overthinking. Like when she brushes her teeth she’ll be thinking about all of the things she has to do instead of being present in the moment. So when she catches the spiral, she reminds herself to just focus on the task at hand before allowing her thoughts to move onto the next one. Gaby also talks about how we need to be more fearless, like we were when we were kids. She talks about how she learned to change her toxic behavior in relationships once she realized where she learned it from and recognized the patterns she was repeating. She’s learned how to stop the cycle by reading self-help books, books about psychology, going to therapy and staying on top of her mental health. While she’s not proud of who she was, she’s proud of who she’s become. So as a reminder, don’t allow your past to define you.
