Your Thoughts Create Your Reality: How Mindset Changed My Life

Send us Fan Mail What if the life you're creating begins with the thoughts you're thinking? For the final episode of this season, we're talking about mindset—and why I believe wellness begins long before we ever talk about food, exercise or the number on a scale. Thoughts become beliefs. Beliefs influence our actions. Our actions shape our reality. I've lived this transformation personally. I share how I moved from a very toxic, angry and reactive version of myself toward the healthier, more grounded woman I am today—and how changing my mindset became the foundation for so much of that transformation. This episode is a reminder that wellness isn't simply about how our bodies look or what we eat. It's about how we think. How we live. How we relate to ourselves and others. What we believe is possible. And the choices we make every day. If you've been thinking that you need to change your life, perhaps the place to begin isn't with another goal. Perhaps it's with a thought. #Mindset #MindsetShift #ChangeYourLife #PersonalGrowth #Wellness #HolisticWellness #MindfulLiving #HealthyMindset #SelfAwareness #EmotionalWellness #MentalWellness #PersonalTransformation #WellnessJourney #IntentionalLiving #EmbracingWisdom Support the show ➡️ Subscribe to my YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/@Embracingspirityoga/featured?sub_confirmation=1 🌟 Follow for More Inspiration & Healing Practices: 📸 Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/embracingspirityoga 📘 Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/embracingspirityoga 👉🏻Shop More Content https://www.buymeacoffee.com/staciewyatt

The Monoscope: Choosing to See What’s Right in the World

Send us Fan Mail What if we’ve become so accustomed to looking for what’s wrong that we’ve forgotten to notice what’s right? In this episode, I’m talking about the tendency to focus on everything that feels broken—around us, in the world, and sometimes within our own lives. The news gives us plenty of reasons to do it. Our own challenges can do the same. I know this firsthand. After years of hip surgeries, chronic pain, setbacks, and learning that I would face yet another major hip surgery, it would be very easy for me to look at my life through a monoscope—a narrow view focused entirely on what hurts, what isn’t working, and what needs to be fixed. But when we stare through that narrow lens long enough, we can miss everything else. The people who love us.  The beauty growing in the garden.  A morning cup of coffee.  A good conversation.  A body that is still carrying us.  A moment of laughter.  The simple, ordinary things that are actually quite extraordinary. This episode is not about pretending that difficult things don't exist. They do. There is plenty in the world that needs our attention, compassion, and action. It’s about learning that what is wrong is not the whole story. We get to choose what we give our attention to. We get to look for joy. We get to notice what is working, what is beautiful, what is good, and what is still possible. Because sometimes changing our perspective doesn't change the circumstances—but it changes how we experience our lives.\ #ChoosingJoy #MindfulLiving #FindingTheGood #PerspectiveShift #Resilience #ChronicPain #HipReplacement #Mindfulness #EmbracingLife #WellnessJourney #YogaOffTheMat #ColoradoWellness Support the show ➡️ Subscribe to my YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/@Embracingspirityoga/featured?sub_confirmation=1 🌟 Follow for More Inspiration & Healing Practices: 📸 Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/embracingspirityoga 📘 Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/embracingspirityoga 👉🏻Shop More Content https://www.buymeacoffee.com/staciewyatt

Whether you're a caregiver, healthcare professional, teacher, volunteer, leader, or simply someone striving to live with purpose, this conversation invites you to look beyond financial success and discover the richness found in meaningful work. Perhaps true wealth isn't measured by what we earn—but by who we become. ✨ In this episode, you'll discover:  • How to redefine success beyond money  • The hidden gifts found in serving others  • Why resilience can become a form of wealth  • A simple reflection to help you uncover your own inner harvest Take a deep breath, settle in, and join me as we explore the currency that never loses its value. Show Notes In today's fast-paced world, it's easy to measure success by income, productivity, and achievement. But some of life's greatest rewards can't be deposited into a bank account. Today we're talking about the unseen exchange that happens whenever we care for another person, listen deeply, teach, encourage, or simply show up with presence. These experiences shape us in ways that money never can. Reflection Questions • What have you received through your work that money couldn't buy?  • How has serving others changed you?  • What qualities have grown within you because of the people you've met?  • What kind of "currency" are you collecting each day? Thank you for spending this time with me. If this episode resonated with you, please share it with someone who could use this reminder today. #Mindfulness #Purpose #MeaningfulWork #PersonalGrowth #CaregiverWellness #Resilience #WellnessPodcast #IntentionalLiving #HealingJourney #Compassion Support the show ➡️ Subscribe to my YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/@Embracingspirityoga/featured?sub_confirmation=1 🌟 Follow for More Inspiration & Healing Practices: 📸 Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/embracingspirityoga 📘 Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/embracingspirityoga 👉🏻Shop More Content https://www.buymeacoffee.com/staciewyatt

    The Freedom Found Beyond Blame

Send us Fan Mail In this episode, I'm sharing a personal update on my ongoing hip journey and something I've been reflecting on along the way. After years of surgeries, I've noticed how often people want someone to blame. Sometimes they blame the surgeons. Sometimes they wonder if I made the wrong decisions. It comes from a place of caring, but it has made me ask a deeper question: Why are we so uncomfortable when there isn't someone to blame? I also share the story of a gentleman I work with who experienced a stroke. He told me that after he stopped going to work, many people didn't even notice he was gone. It would have been easy for him to become bitter or resentful, yet he chose something different. He carries himself with gratitude instead of blame, and his perspective has become one of my greatest teachers. Nature reminds us that there is no competition among flowers or trees, and sometimes things just don't grow well---and there is nothing to blame.  It just is. What if we're meant to live that way too? Join me as we explore paying closer attention, letting go of blame, and remembering that perhaps we were never meant to live as "me versus you" or "us versus them." Maybe we're here to be partners in one another's lives, helping each other grow with a little more kindness, understanding, and compassion. #Mindfulness365 #MindfulLiving #Compassion #ChooseKindness #Resilience #HealingJourney #PersonalGrowth #LifeLessons #Awareness #Presence #Gratitude #AdaptiveYoga #ChairYoga #Wellness #EmbracingSpiritYoga #ColoradoYoga #CommunityOverCompetition #HumanConnection #BeTheLight #EmbracingWisdom Support the show ➡️ Subscribe to my YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/@Embracingspirityoga/featured?sub_confirmation=1 🌟 Follow for More Inspiration & Healing Practices: 📸 Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/embracingspirityoga 📘 Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/embracingspirityoga 👉🏻Shop More Content https://www.buymeacoffee.com/staciewyatt

Send us Fan Mail After years of chronic pain, multiple surgeries, and feeling like my nervous system was stuck in survival mode, I decided to try something new: neurofeedback. In this episode, I'm sharing my personal experience during my first weeks of treatment, why I chose this path, and the surprising discoveries from my brain mapping session. We'll talk about: What neurofeedback actually isHow it differs from meditationWhy chronic pain is more than damaged tissuesThe concept of "rerouting" pain pathwaysNeuroplasticity and the brain's ability to changeWhat my own brain map revealedMy hopes for reducing pain and improving quality of lifeThis isn't medical advice or a miracle cure story. It's simply one woman's journey exploring another tool for healing after years of adapting to pain. If you've ever wondered whether the brain can learn new patterns, this episode is for you.
