The Moments You Almost Missed That Are Building Your Future

We're obsessed with the big breakthrough moment - hitting six figures, quitting your job, the mountaintop. But we miss the small moments happening every single day. The conversation with your kid that shifts something in you. The thought in the shower that becomes your next offer. The small boundary nobody notices but you do. Those are your "oh my gosh" moments, and they matter more than you think. This episode is about why transformation looks like Tuesday afternoons, real examples from my life (my daughter mirroring emotional support with her sister, the vision in the car that became an 85-person event), and an invitation to share YOUR small moments. Because when you share yours, someone else will say "OMG, me too." That's how community is built. IN THIS EPISODE: - [00:33] The moments you almost missed—the ones that look like Tuesday afternoons - [02:00] Why we're obsessed with big breakthroughs and miss the small moments building the bridge - [03:30] Parenting moment: My daughter mirroring emotional support with her sister ("I'm here with you when you're sad") - [06:00] Therapy realization: Others' opinions are not my responsibility - [07:30] Business moment: The vision in the car that became an 85-person event in Scottsdale - [09:30] Why small moments don't photograph well—but they compound - [11:00] Growth isn't always visible; sometimes it's just quiet knowing - [13:00] How to recognize your own OMG moments (journal them, voice memo them, track them) - [15:30] The invitation: Submit YOUR OMG moments to be featured on future episodes - [17:00] Thank you for binging these first 5 episodes—this is just the beginning SUBMIT YOUR OMG MOMENT:  I want to hear YOUR moments! Faith, Deconstruction, and Why Chasing Wholeness Keeps You Stuck

Not the Instagram version of healing where you journal with a latte and suddenly you're whole. This is the real, messy, nonlinear version. There's an entire industry built on telling you you're broken and need to be fixed...but what if you're not broken? This episode is about the healing industrial complex, why healing isn't a destination, the laundry basket scenario that taught me about spiraling, my faith journey and deconstruction (I've never said these words out loud before), and why maybe the point isn't to be healed, it's to remember who you already are. If you've been on the healing hamster wheel, this is your permission to get off. IN THIS EPISODE: - [00:33] Why this isn't the Instagram latte-and-journal version of healing - [01:30] The healing industrial complex: How healing became another product to consume - [03:00] "What if you're not broken?" - The therapy question that changed everything - [05:00] Why healing isn't linear: It's layers, like an onion - [06:00] The laundry basket scenario: How I spiral and what I'm learning - [09:30] Progress isn't a straight line—every time a pattern shows up, I can choose differently - [10:30] What if healing isn't about becoming whole? What if you always were? - [12:00] My daughter's lost tooth: Someone else's story isn't yours - [13:00] My faith journey and deconstruction (saying this out loud for the first time) - [15:00] "I love Jesus AND the church doesn't feel like home anymore" - [17:00] Reconstruction instead of deconstruction: Stripped to the studs, rebuilding - [18:30] Faith doesn't have to look the way people told you it should - [19:30] Stop chasing healed—do the work to KNOW yourself, not fix yourself CONNECT WITH ME:  Instagram: @theofficialchristiana or @omgitschristianag Website: omgitschristianag.com If you don't have supportive community on your journey, reach out & I can help you find new people.  LEAVE A REVIEW: If this episode resonated (especially if you're in deconstruction/reconstruction), please leave a 5-star review on Apple Podcasts or Spotify!

THE 1.7% - WHY MOST WOMEN NEVER BREAK 7 FIGURES

Here's a stat that should make you angry: only 1.7% of female-owned businesses ever reach 7 figures annually, while men reach about 6.2%. This isn't about capability or work ethic—women are brilliant and work harder than most men. So what's the gap? It's capacity. Not time management or productivity hacks, but your ability to hold more: more revenue, responsibility, visibility, and success. This episode breaks down what capacity actually means (internal + external), why you can't out-strategy your nervous system, my journey from the Netherlands coffee chain to fractional COO, money stories that keep us stuck, and the 5 steps to expand your capacity. Your business will only grow to the level you can hold. Let's change that 1.7% to 7.1%. IN THIS EPISODE:  - [00:32] The stat that should make you angry: Only 1.7% of female-owned businesses hit 7 figures (vs 6.2% for men)  - [03:00] What capacity actually means: Your ability to hold more revenue, responsibility, visibility, and success  - [04:00] External vs internal capacity—and why you can't out-strategy your nervous system  - [05:30] Real examples: Women who hit $500K and got sick or ghosted their dream clients  - [07:30] My story: Learning operations at a global coffee chain in the Netherlands  - [09:00] Why operations is 80-85% copy and paste across industries  - [11:30] Moving back to the US with 7 suitcases while pregnant—and hiding from my calling - [13:00] My mission: Flip the stat from 1.7% to 7.1% - [14:00] Why scaling requires becoming a different version of yourself  - [15:30] Journal prompts: Do you believe you can make $20K/month? Can you KEEP it?  - [16:30] My childhood money story: The piggy bank that went empty  - [18:30] "Your money ceiling is usually your identity ceiling" (therapy breakthrough)  - [19:30] The 5 steps to expand your capacity - [22:00] Why this matters: For the women you'll employ and your kids watching you build CONNECT WITH ME:  Instagram: @theofficialchristiana or @omgitschristianag  Website: omgitschristianag.com  LEAVE A REVIEW: If this episode fired you up, please leave a 5-star review on Apple Podcasts or Spotify!

Permission to Look Within (When Everyone Says Push Forward)

We live in a culture that worships action. Take the course, launch the thing, hustle harder. But what if all that action is just expensive distraction? What if the reason you keep hitting the same walls isn't because you're not doing enough, it's because you're avoiding feeling something? This episode is about what "looking within" actually means (spoiler: it's not woo-woo, it's detective work), why we resist it, and how stopping the external chase changes everything. From reactive vs. responsive parenting to making faster business decisions because you trust yourself, this is the permission you've been waiting for to stop, look inward, and trust what you find. IN THIS EPISODE:  - [00:33] Why "do more, push harder, take action" might be keeping you stuck  - [01:30] How action without awareness is just expensive distraction  - [02:30] Why the business won't fix your inner chaos and revenue won't heal your wounds  - [03:45] What "looking within" actually means (not yoga retreats or mantras)  - [05:00] The daily self-development you signed up for as an entrepreneur  - [06:30] Being reactive vs. responsive as a mom (and how it changed my relationship with my kids)  - [08:00] Why looking within is detective work, not navel gazing  - [09:00] The uncomfortable questions: "Am I the problem? What if it's always been me?"  - [10:00] The truth: You're not broken, you're human (triggers are just information)  - [11:00] What shifts when you stop needing external validation  - [12:00] How trusting yourself speeds up decision-making  - [13:00] Why I stopped performing as "perfect mom" and started enjoying my kids  - [14:30] External validation is like a drug—and why you should block people holding you back  - [16:00] How to actually start looking within (practical steps)  - [17:00] The Artist's Way book recommendation for journaling  - [18:30] Why awareness is the first step, action comes after RESOURCES:  📖 The Artist's Way by Julia Cameron: 📖 Trigger Response Method: Kayla Burch CONNECT WITH ME:  Instagram: @theofficialchristiana or @omgitschristianag Website: omgitschristianag.com LEAVE A REVIEW: If this episode resonated, please leave a 5-star review on Apple Podcasts or Spotify! The OMG That Started Everything: Why This Podcast Exists
