August core CPI came in at 0.3% against 0.2% expected, and traders now put better than 85% odds on a rate hike when the FOMC decides Wednesday at 2:00 PM ET — the first move out of the 3.50%–3.75% range since December. I give you my line for Wednesday: the one thing in the statement that flips how I'm positioned, and what I do if it isn't there.
