Rest and heal

Welcome to the guided reading and energy reset for the week of May 19th 2025. This week’s message is simply one that reminds me of Winter. A time for healing and tending to the operational aspects of our garden. What needs mending or replacement in the tools you use for growing a verdant garden? The other focus is to rest and take it easy. A deep healing is transpiring. The seeds you planted are still germinating and there may not be any communication or visible movement for another week. Just come back to the present moment with the various delights available around you. Be present with your own energy and focus on that sensation of wholeness rather than what is shifting or dense in the space around you. This is a public episode. Center and let it be

Welcome to the energy reading and reset bonus episode! This is for the week of May 12th 2025. A corresponding video is available on this substack page What is your relationship like within a creative process? When we bring something to life in an authentic and balanced way there are ebbs and flows of movement. There’s a rhythm that we each move in sync with. Learning about your unique rhythm will help in your creative process for whatever is on your heart to change, evolve, and grow. In this moment, we are being asked to let it be. Last week we were experiencing collective heaviness, pause, grief, and an encouragement to just be with it all. This week we are experiencing a lingering of that as well as a breaking through. I recommend exploring last week’s reading to learn more. The key to letting it be, is being okay in the space in between pause, and go. The full moon is working its magic on all of us. As co-creators, we sometimes just need to tend to our own garden, center ourselves, and let the universe do its thing. This is a public episode. The first ingredient to blissful living

Today’s episode is a special one! It is the first ever recording I made and goes back to the roots of where bliss codes originated from… nature. The beginning of the episode may be a little challenging to listen through. Trust me, let yourself listen to the entire episode. It is like a recalibration in itself. Tuning in with bliss means tuning in with nature. The inner peace that gets activated is paradise. However, it takes a bit of discomfort and surrender to get into the rhythm. Let your surroundings help you. Connecting with nature can be as simple as paying attention to the rain, noticing the trees that line your street, walking through a plant shop. The options are endless. Just be with it until all other preoccupations dissipate. Once that happens, you’ll find yourself in complete love and gratitude for whatever is being gifted to you by the natural world. There are messages and loving reflections for all of us.
