I was hoping for more but that fact that this is an AI podcast and called “Real Talk” is crazy. So disappointed in this as Rae markets herself as authentic and real, I mean it is a constant market campaign on social media. Another review spoke about the articles being AI generated as well. I am not sure if that is true but I would hope not. Because of this, I am unsubscribing from all emails, and all things TDI, because Teachers Deserve authenticity.

Rae’s conversations are grounded, honest, and empowering. She doesn’t just talk about sustainability in teaching—she helps educators reclaim their voice, their purpose, and their leadership without burning out. This podcast is a must-listen for teachers who want to keep growing and leading with intention.

Total scam. I certainly don’t begrudge any self-styled influencer the chance to make an honest living, but the key word here is “honest.” And that’s the kicker: every episode of this real talk podcast that’s supposedly “hosted by the Teachers Deserve It Team” is, in fact, entirely AI-generated using NotebookLM. ***The hosts are not even real people.*** And the fact that this is never once acknowledged on any of the episodes or descriptions is really kind of shameful. Each episode starts with a quick intro from the company’s CEO, then throws to 15-20 podcast where AI generated hosts simply move on autopilot and rehash content from the latest blog post on her website. And those blog posts? Yup, you guessed it: also AI generated (super easy to spot, too. Just run any one of them through an AI detector). Super deceptive and slapdash all around. Teachers deserve better, and this ain’t it.

I love Rae because she has so much knowledge to help teachers be successful in the classroom! She is always so positive and wants everyone to succeed around her. She is a Rae of sunshine and I would totally recommend her podcast!
