    #57: Living in Alignment: The Operating Manual You Were Never Given

    Have you ever heard a voice so loud in your head that it stopped you in your tracks? Or have you ignored subtle signals from your body… until they became impossible to ignore? This episode is for you. Today I'm sharing my personal story of going from 15 years in corporate to building my own business, and the pivotal moments when I realized I wasn't living in alignment. From the voice in the hallway that said "Is this all there is?" to the day I woke up grinding my teeth from stress, I walk through what it actually looks like to undo other people's expectations and get back to YOUR operating manual. If you're a leader going through a transition, feeling the rub between who you are and what you're doing, or wondering why you feel burnt out even though you're "doing everything right" then this episode is for you. The "midlife crisis" is just waking up to misalignment I personally believe that what we call a midlife crisis is really just people recognizing they're not in alignment and searching for more meaning or purpose.     #55: Lunar Authority in Human Design: The 28-Day Decision Cycle [Lunar Authority | Decision Making Series]

    What if some people aren't meant to make quick decisions? Not because they're indecisive. But because they're designed to move through a full 28-day cycle before deciding. This is lunar authority in Human Design. The rarest decision-making style. Only found in reflectors. If you're a reflector, your entire chart is white. All nine centers are undefined. You're completely open. And because of this, you need time. A full lunar cycle. 28 days. During those 28 days, you move through every gate in the Human Design chart. I share how sacral authority works, why it's not about what you SAY but how your body responds before you speak, and how to discover your unique body signals.
