Episode 28 | After the Miscarriage

Episode 28: After the Miscarriage In this deeply personal episode, I revisit one of the hardest seasons of my life the aftermath of miscarriage. Following on from Episode 24, where I shared our miscarriage story, this conversation explores what came after the hospital: the physical recovery, the emotional weight of grief, the questions I wrestled with in my faith, and how God gently carried me through a season I never imagined walking. As I prepare to become a mum, I felt it was important to honour this part of my journey before stepping into motherhood. Miscarriage is often experienced in silence, yet so many women carry this pain. My prayer is that by sharing my story openly, someone else will feel seen, understood, and reminded that they are not walking this road alone. In this episode we talk about: • A recap of our miscarriage journey • The physical aftermath of pregnancy loss • Navigating grief and healing • The impact on marriage and relationships • Wrestling with unanswered prayers and faith • Finding peace through surrender • The unexpected gifts that came from this season • Moving forward with hope after loss Whether you have experienced miscarriage yourself, are supporting someone who has, or are simply looking for encouragement through a difficult season, I pray this episode reminds you that God is near to the brokenhearted and that hope can still be found, even in the deepest valleys. If this episode encouraged you, please follow the podcast, leave a review, and share it with someone who may need to hear it. Healing Healthy

In this episode of Raised Women Podcast, Tash opens a heartfelt conversation on what it truly means to Heal healthy, not in the way culture teaches, but in the way God models for us. Flowing on from the, ‘In Her Shoes’ series, we revisit the journeys of women who have walked through addiction, cancer, and miscarriage, and we explore what it looks like to process pain through Scripture. From Jesus withdrawing in grief in Matthew 14, to David’s cries, to Job’s lament, the Word shows us that healing begins with honesty, continues with making room, and ultimately leads us into purpose. Tash also shares her own journey of loss physically, mentally, spiritually, and relationally and unpacks how healing healthy involves boundaries, community, wise counsel, and inviting God into every emotion and every chapter. If you’re in a season of hurt, confusion, or transition… this episode reminds you that healing healthy is possible and God is deeply present in it.
