Not only one that takes out the woody weed species like camphor laurel that have taken over landscapes... but also providing a viable food or medicine crop from the resulting decomposing material. But there’s a lot more to it than just designing a machine. Liam takes me through the process of developing the idea, building prototypes, manufacturing it, and figuring out how to make something practical, functional and good enough to actually sit in someone’s kitchen. It’s a really interesting look at what happens when you take something that has traditionally been a little complicated and try to redesign the entire experience around making it accessible to everyday people.
