    Sitting In My Light Is Bringing Up Everything I've Been Avoiding

    I recorded this one in the middle of mom duty, my boys jumping on the trampoline next door at my sister's. I don't have much time; let's record! This month I started a simple morning practice, just sitting in my own light field and connecting with my soul self before the day takes over. I thought it would feel like ease and synchronicities right away. Instead it's been showing me everything that doesn't fit there anymore. Decisions I made from people pleasing. A closet full of clothes I suddenly couldn't stand. A summit I had to cancel. A mentorship call I missed and cried about in the bath. 18 days in, I'm starting to see why. This is me thinking out loud about shadow work, motherhood, and what it actually looks like to sit in your own frequency and let the rest fall away.
