Ep 49. Living with fibromyalgia (part 2): This condition hurts MORE than breaking your bones??

Hi BesTEAs! Did you know that fibromyalgia is placed higher on the pain scale than getting your bones broken? It is a chronic condition that affects the muscles + bones, causing widespread pain throughout the body. In this episode, we are joined AGAIN by my lovely friend Agnes Lee, who shares NEW symptoms that she experienced after our first episode together! If you haven't listened to that episode (where she spills the tea on her diagnosis journey, the main symptoms she experienced and how she manages them), check it out here: https://spillhertea.substack.com/p/ep-35-living-with-fibromyalgia-she I hope you find this episode super insightful and if you want to reach out to Agnes about your fibro experience (or any questions you have), you can find her here: 🌟LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/agnes-lee-159703256/ 🌟Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/lee_seohyun03?utm_source=ig_web_button_share_sheet&igsh=ZDNlZDc0MzIxNw== - Donate dignity kits to women in need: https://www.unfpa.org/donate/DignityKits Find Spill Her Tea's socials: https://linktr.ee/spillhertea Find my socials: https://linktr.ee/blossomwithanne For business enquiries, please contact anne@spillhertea.co - This episode contains general advice only. Ep 48: Surprising ways ADHD shows up differently in women vs men, ft. my boyfriend (who also has ADHD)

Hi BesTEAs!! ADHD (attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder) symptoms often look different between women and men… so I thought, why not invite my boyfriend (and first returning guest🤭) who also has ADHD to show you our differences!!!   Of course, please keep in mind that not every man who has ADHD has the same symptoms as my boyfriend, and not every woman who has ADHD has the same symptoms as me.  Coincidentally, we just were the perfect representation of what studies commonly find, which is that men tend to have hyperactive ADHD whereas women have combined ADHD🤩 In this episode, we spill the tea on: ☕️ ADHD symptoms we had since childhood (but we didn’t know were related to ADHD back then) ☕️ Similarities in our ADHD ☕️ Differences in our ADHD ☕️ What we wish everyone knew about ADHD If you have any other questions about our ADHD, please let me know!! We are so keen to do another episode on this;) Also, here is the link to the previous episode featuring my boyfriend! https://spillhertea.substack.com/p/ep-6-what-men-should-know-about-periods - Donate dignity kits to women in need: https://www.unfpa.org/donate/DignityKits Find Spill Her Tea's socials: https://linktr.ee/spillhertea Find my socials: https://linktr.ee/blossomwithanne For business enquiries, please contact anne@spillhertea.co - This episode contains general advice only. Ep 45. What does the FIFA World Cup have to do with domestic abuse?

Hi BesTEAs, did you know that there is a link between major sporting events and increased domestic abuse rates? It's rarely spoken about, yet it affects a huge number of women and girls, which is why I decided to create this episode. In this episode, I cover the statistics found regarding this link, but also how we (as non-survivors of domestic abuse) can help survivors of domestic abuse and take action. Please share this episode with as many people as you can. Change starts with awareness.
