    We will always find Evidence for what we are looking for, always in ALL ways.

    This episode I recorded THREE times!     Can it be as simple as Devotion over Discipline?

    This is a lonnnnng one lol- probably should have been in a program LOL but I'm DEVOTED to your growth and evolution, so, here we are... What if the problem isn’t that you need more discipline? Ooooph this neuro spicy brain was constantly triggered by the word- I'm just not disciplined enough, I'm just not consistent enough... But what if you were able to reframe it into what you’re devoted to? In this episode we’re talking about self-punishment, productivity, and the powerful shift that happens when showing up comes from purpose instead of pressure.     You're not stuck...

    My hope is that by the end of this conversation, you’ll stop asking, “What’s wrong with me?” and start asking, “What am I ready to calibrate to?”   Have you ever felt like no matter how hard you try, you keep staying in a similar place?  Maybe tomorrow will bring more clarity? maybe tomorrow I'll feel better Maybe next month I'll hit my money goal..     Perception of self - is it humility?

    How we perceive ourselves is interesting- ya know?  There comes a time in the journey that we actually need to ourselves as the true bada$$' we are. It can be uncomfortable - I get it.  This episode about my ponderings around humility. I was (lovingly intended) raised with the beliefs of "be humble, don't be arrogant, no one is a no it all" and while these beliefs are NOT inherently bad in themselves...     When FEAR sounds like LOGIC but we call it TRUTH

    What if the things we believe are “just logical”… are actually rooted in fear? Probably on of my fave topics ever, to chat through with clients, the difference between truth and conditioning.
