  1. Episode #55 Evolving in Public With Integrity

Episode #55 Evolving in Public With Integrity

What does it actually mean to be authentic online? In a culture that rewards immediacy, oversharing, and hot takes, it’s easy to confuse vulnerability with truth and urgency with wisdom. But not everything we’re going through is meant to be shared while it’s still happening. And waiting until we’re “fully healed” before we speak doesn’t feel honest either. In this episode, Evolving in Public With Integrity, we explore the difference between sharing from the wound, teaching from integration, and creating from curiosity. We talk about when sharing something in real time can be supportive and connecting, and when it’s more likely to leave us exposed, dysregulated, or seeking validation we actually need to give ourselves. We examine what we usually receive when we share too soon: temporary relief, attention, reassurance, or agreement, but rarely integration or peace. And we look at when real-time sharing can be appropriate, such as when the intention is to ask for support, name a collective experience, or speak honestly without needing resolution or applause. Are you sharing to be witnessed or to be held? Are you seeking connection, or containment? Are you posting to process, or to perform? This episode is for creators and everyday social media sharers who want to show up online with clarity and self-respect, without performing their pain or pretending they’re finished. If you’ve ever questioned when to speak, when to stay quiet, and how to evolve in public with integrity, this conversation will help you find that line. This is a public episode. 2. Episode #54 The Quiet Miracle of Seeing Differently

    12/29/2025

Episode #54 The Quiet Miracle of Seeing Differently

What if a miracle isn’t something that happens to you—but something that happens within you? In this opening episode of 2026, I explore a quieter, more accessible definition of miracles—one echoed in A Course in Miracles and throughout the Bible: a shift in perception. From an early age, I sensed how fragile our worldviews really are. How quickly priorities can rearrange. How one moment, one insight, one experience can flip the way we see ourselves, others, and life itself. We are always operating with partial understanding, interpreting the world through limited lenses—until something invites us to see differently. We often associate miracles with dramatic events: physical healing, survival, divine intervention. But Scripture and spiritual teaching suggest something deeper. Transformation doesn’t always come from changing circumstances—it often comes from renewing the mind, opening the eyes of understanding, and learning to walk by faith rather than sight. This episode is an invitation to begin 2026 with openness instead of certainty, flexibility instead of fear, and trust instead of control. Because when perception shifts, hope returns. Resistance softens. Life feels lighter—not because everything changes, but because we do. Perhaps the miracle you’re waiting for isn’t external at all.Perhaps it begins with how you choose to see. 3. Episode #51 The Beauty in the Unknown: Why We Fear What We Can’t See

    11/14/2025

Episode #51 The Beauty in the Unknown: Why We Fear What We Can’t See

This week, we’re exploring one of the most universal human experiences:the discomfort of not knowing what comes next. We crave direction, clarity, and certainty — not because we’re controlling, but because our nervous system equates the unknown with danger. Yet the very seasons we fear the most are often the ones carrying our deepest transformation. In this episode, I unpack why uncertainty feels so threatening… and why it might actually be one of the most sacred places you’ll ever stand. Using the metaphor of winter, we look at the quiet, unseen work happening beneath the surface of our lives — the roots strengthening, the seeds forming, the identity rearranging. What looks like stillness… is often preparation. What feels like death… is often rebirth. And what we call “the unknown”… might just be the birthplace of your next chapter. Tune in to learn:✨ Why your brain resists uncertainty✨ How winter mirrors our internal transformations✨ Ways to find peace when life doesn’t make sense✨ Practical tools to trust the season you’re in✨ How to reframe the unknown as a portal, not a problem If you’re in a season where nothing feels clear, this episode will help you breathe, soften, and remember:You’re not lost. You’re becoming. This is a public episode. If you would like to discuss this with other subscribers or get access to bonus episodes, visit mariadelgaiso.substack.com
