    Does God See You? Brigham Answers Life ? in 20 seconds!

    This is a beautiful lens to recognize our Father in Heaven as an Almighty and powerful King & Creator and yet "the Lord Almighty is in the midst of all His creatures."     Brigham Young Gives a TRUE Character & Historical Account of Joseph Smith & More! E7 JOD Vol.1

    "From the first day I knew brother Joseph to the day of his death, a better man never lived upon the face of this earth." Brigham specifically gives a true and brief account of Joseph Smith since many present at this address did not know the Mormons' history (I tend to think both saints and non-believers alike were to benefit!). Brigham delivers a powerful and beautiful testimony of our dear prophet.     Heber C Kimball DESTROYS Hypocrites in this Address! E6 JOD Vol 1

    Heber C. Kimball gets down to earth with those of us who profess to believe but our actions really only show that we do things to satisfy ourselves and/or others. He gets real about the only method you can be saved, what it is that he and others have given up for their religion, and also shares that it's ridiculous to expect the spirits to have the answers to these last days, and more!     Did Brigham Young have FEELINGS? JOD Vol. 1 Recreation & the Proper Use of It

    Brigham is often seen as a hard & no-nonsense man. If you have read any of his words, you'd know that he enjoyed music and dancing, that he spent his life being a rock for everyone, and yes, he had feelings too. There's a lot more in this speech that he touches on from answering the question of what is your duty to imploring the people to maintain an eternal perspective.     Did the Church Remove the DOCTRINE from the D&C?

    Answer: Yes. According to the first and subsequent editions of the D&C (up to 1921), the Church admittedly did so. The lectures on faith was considered the doctrine and the revelations were the covenants (and commandments). Though I could argue that the revelations in the D&C contain eternal truths and doctrines, it's still a shame to have removed the lectures as they are "profitable for doctrine and instruction" - the Church's own words describing them.

    Salt Lake Temple: Built or Found? Theory Busted!

    Did the Mormons dig up a buried temple block? They sure did! They're the ones that buried it in the first place. The temple foundation was not a ruin or intact infrastructure left by some ancient or recent civilization - sorry (not sorry). The saints were engineers, architects, stone masons, carpenters, etc. They were their own labor force. The temple was not "found" by them to use and build up. God provided and the saints did the work. The result is the still-standing House of the Lord we have today.
