Welcome to the Listen to Your P***y Podcast. My name is Zoe Awen. This podcast features cutting edge creative research and conversations with real people, including artists, creatives, sacred sexuality wisdom keepers and more, all sharing their stories and perspectives about vaginas and being in a human body! Born from my academic research of sticking a hydrophone up my vagina, listening and recording her, I have begun to bring together the lessons I've learned from deep listening and the crazy conversations I've had. Connecting creativity with sexuality and everyday activism, we also explore the complex and pervasive taboos and shame around female anatomy and experience. We focus on topics such as body image, body literacy, life art, creativity, sexuality, relationships, the history of vulva art, deep listening to your body, menstrual activism, and the obstacles faced in culture and society.
