Washing Feet & Hearts | Gospel of John: Full of Grace and Truth

What does it really mean to be a strong leader, and what happens when we admit we can’t fix ourselves? In John 13, Jesus does something His disciples never expected. He takes the place of a servant and washes their feet, showing them that true leadership isn’t about status, power, or having all the answers. It’s about humility and serving others out of love. But this moment is about more than how we treat people. When Peter refuses to let Jesus wash his feet, Jesus reveals a deeper truth about all of us. We can try to hide our failures, prove our worth, or convince ourselves we’re not too bad or too broken, but none of us can make ourselves clean before God. It is God who makes us clean. The good news is that Jesus can do what we cannot do for ourselves. We don’t earn His love or rescue ourselves through good behavior. Jesus came to take our sin upon Himself and offer us forgiveness and new life. His sacrifice is enough, even when we struggle to believe we could ever be forgiven. And as we receive His grace, we’re called to extend that same humble, selfless love to others. If you've ever felt like you're too broken or too unclean to come to Jesus, you have the equation backwards. Listen to the full sermon as we explore what it means to let Jesus be the one to wash our hearts, and how you're never too broken for Him. Protection Kills Multiplication | Gospel of John: Full of Grace and Truth

What if the very things you’re holding on to are keeping you from becoming who God created you to be? In John 12, Jesus compares our lives to a mustard seed that must fall to the ground and die to multiply and produce more seeds. It’s a picture of what it means to follow Him. We often try to protect our comfort, money, time, reputation, and control because we’re afraid of what we might lose. But what if the thing we’re protecting is the very thing God is asking us to surrender? Jesus isn’t calling us to live carelessly. He’s inviting us to trust Him enough to go all in on our faith and let go of what keeps us from living with purpose, because in God's eyes, 90% in, is actually 0% in. Following Jesus is costly, but it’s also the way to a life that bears fruit and makes an impact beyond ourselves. Jesus knew the cost of the cross, yet He willingly gave His life so that others could find salvation. His example reminds us that the way to a truly meaningful life isn’t holding on tighter, but trusting the One who is worth surrendering everything for. What are you protecting that God may be asking you to release? Listen to the full sermon as we explore why protection can keep us from growth, how surrender opens the door to multiplication, and why the way of Jesus is both costly and glorious. How to Measure Love? | Gospel of John: Full of Grace and Truth

What if you've been measuring God's love for you by the wrong things? In John 11, Mary and Martha are heartbroken when their brother Lazarus becomes sick. They know Jesus loves them, so they can't understand why He doesn't come right away to heal him. But Jesus sees something they can't see yet. Through this story, we see that God's love doesn't always look like getting the answers we want or having our problems fixed on our timeline. Sometimes Jesus waits, not because He doesn't care, but because His purpose is greater than our pain. And even when we're waiting, He sees us, knows our sorrow, and meets us in it. Jesus didn't just wait. He wept with those who were grieving, and then He brought life out of death. This is the kind of love Jesus offers us. He meets us in our pain, has compassion for our struggles, and has the power to bring life to the places that feel beyond hope. Through Jesus, even death doesn't get the final word. If you have yet to feel the peace that comes when opening your heart to God, listen to the full sermon as we discover the hope we can find in giving your life to Jesus! Who's Your Daddy? | Gospel of John: Full of Grace and Truth

Are you listening to God's truth and following His voice, or are you believing the lies of the enemy? In John 8:31–47, Jesus confronts people who believed they belonged to God but were unwilling to hear His truth. He challenges us to consider whose voice we're listening to: God's voice of truth or the enemy's voice of lies. We all have a tendency to become defensive when the truth reveals something uncomfortable about us, but Jesus reminds us that the truth sets us free. He doesn't just free us from sin. He invites us into God's family, offering us a new identity and a life shaped by His grace. So who's your daddy? And have you made room for God to speak into your life, or have your busy schedule, pride, and other priorities pushed Him out? Sometimes the problem isn't that God hasn't spoken. It's that we haven't made room to listen. The good news is that through Jesus, we can break free from the lies that hold us captive and discover what it means to belong to our Heavenly Father. Listen to the full sermon as we explore the voices we follow, the space we make for God, and the freedom found in being His children. The Work and Bread of God | Gospel of John: Full of Grace and Truth

What if the thing you are working hardest for is the very thing that can never truly satisfy you? In John 6, Jesus speaks to people who were looking for more bread, but He points them to something much deeper. Our culture tells us to find our identity in what we do, what we earn, and what we can accomplish. Jesus reminds us that our deepest need is not something we can work for or earn. It is something only He can give. This sermon is a reminder that you are saved by work, just not your own. Jesus did the work we could never do and offers us the life we could never earn. But what does that mean for the work we do every day? Jesus does not call us to separate our faith from our workplace. He invites us to bring our faith into our meetings, conversations, decisions, relationships, and everyday responsibilities. When God becomes part of how we work, even our ordinary work can become part of something eternal. Listen to the full sermon as we explore the work of God, the bread of God, and what it means to trust Jesus with every part of our lives. If you have ever wondered what God wants from you, where your purpose is found, or whether His grace really extends to you, we hope you will take some time to listen. The Courtroom of God | John 3:16-21 | The Gospel of John:Full of Grace and Truth

In week three of our series, The Gospel of John: Full of Grace and Truth, we take a closer look at John 3:16–17, two of the most familiar verses in the Bible. While many of us know John 3:16 by heart, we may be less familiar with the verses that come after it and the depth of the darkness we are saved from. Through the picture of a courtroom, we see the reality of our sin, the verdict of guilt, and the sentence we deserve. But Jesus did not come to condemn the guilty. He came to save us by taking our sentence upon Himself. When we understand the depth of our sin, John 3:16 becomes more than a familiar verse. It becomes the lifeline of the gospel and the reminder that God’s light exposes us not to condemn us, but to heal us. Join us next Sunday as we continue our journey through the Gospel of John!

Point - Come - See - Go | The Gospel of John: Full of Grace and Truth

In the second week of our series, The Gospel of John: Full of Grace and Truth, we look at the first recorded words of Jesus in John’s Gospel and what it looks like to follow Him. Through the story of John the Baptist, Andrew, and Peter, we see a simple pattern for the journey of faith: point, come, see, and go. Following Jesus begins with being pointed to Him, responding to His invitation to come, and spending time with Him so that we can truly see who He is. Jesus asks each of us the same question He asked His first disciples: “What do you want?” As we come to Him with curiosity and humility, He invites us to know Him and then go and point others to Jesus. If this sermon resonated with you, we invite you to tune in next week or join us in person as we continue this series and dive deeper into the Gospel of John!

Full of Grace and Truth | The Gospel of John

In the first week of our new series, The Gospel of John: Full of Grace and Truth, we begin with John's description of who Jesus is. The Gospel of John points us to Jesus the Messiah, the Son of God, and shows us that through believing, we will have life in His name. Through John’s words we learn that Jesus is full of both grace and truth. He doesn’t simply want to make us a better version of ourselves, He calls us to die to our old ways, surrender our control, and experience the new life He offers right now. In this sermon, discover what it means to believe Jesus, die to yourself, and live fully in the life He gives. If this sermon resonated with you, we invite you to tune in next week or join us in person as we continue this series and dive deeper into the Gospel of John!
