10 - Set the SCENE (my signature framework!)

Bringing you a solo ep this week!    When I started recording this one I thought it was going to be a quick ep, but it seems this gal can ramble. I focus on my signature framework to ‘Set the SCENE to Elevate Your Wellbeing’ where SCENE is the acronym for:  - Sleep - Connection - Exercise - Nutrition, and  - Environment   It represents the foundational pillars of holistic health that influence and are influenced by your menstrual cycle, and it is the approach I use with women who want to take charge of their health no matter what season of life they are in.   If you are feeling out of whack with your hormones, if you want to conceive, if you have irregular or missed periods, or other health conditions like PCOS or thyroid issues, PMS and mood swings, fatigue, low energy, coming off hormonal contraception, difficulties managing weight… this episode is for you!   As you listen, I invite you to do a deep dive and review each of your fundamental pillars of wellness. Pick one or two things to work on over the coming months and see how you change for the better.   Follow me on Instagram @theroundedway to stay up to date with what's happening in my little world.   If you love The Rounded Way podcast please remember to rate it 5 stars on your listening platform. And if you really love it and want to support me to continue producing the podcast, feel free to shout me a chai on ko-fi!
