    Raising Little Humans with Stefanos Sifandos

    e picture, and why becoming a parent can bring some of our deepest wounds, triggers and unresolved patterns to the surface. We speak about nervous system regulation, rupture and repair, emotional responsibility, breaking generational cycles, and the difference between trying to raise our children “perfectly” and being willing to continually look at ourselves as we raise them. Since recording my first episode back in Austin, Texas in 2019, I have become a mother, navigated profound personal transformation, experienced heartbreak and healing, built businesses, questioned everything I thought I knew, and devoted myself even more deeply to understanding what it means to be human.
