We’ll see when I’m reasonably happy with the editing 🫣Papa sat down with F&B of newly opened @hernoginbar_gbg @j2__times .A gin lovers paradise, or really any lover of a person who enjoys a soliiiid spot.I will say this. Their kroppkakor *A type of Swedish dumpling* is a strong contender for best dish in Gothenburg. Creamy, crispy and comforting. Try it if you haven’t. It feels as if they’re doing something a tiiiny bit different than what the city’s seen in awhile which is fun for us foodies.High praise and well deserved! PS; Secret has it, it’s JJ’s grandma’s recipe 🤫!We talk about loads of stuff. Tune in. I saved a seat at the table… 🫡

Jean Henkel, Chef Owner of acclaimed Restaurang Carbon in Gothenburg is the guest of the evening and also nice enough to let us sit and record in the restaurant (Pssst he also baked the bread). Stories from the past were told regarding Jean's time in London where he began his culinary carreer which later resulted in working in the kitchen of Marco Pierre White. And she writes about food and the people behind it :)) Having written pieces and talked with some of the most well recognized names on the Gothenburg foodie scene (and beyond). Including Nikola aka Foodandcoffeeegbg, Broth Boy and also The Bear star Matty Matheson (Not so Swedish) just to name a few. Hear why restaurant folk are people pleasers (the good kind), How did she land the interview with Matty and why should we stop rating food? This one packs a punch 🥊 Not more than an espresso shot, but probably equal🤷🏻‍♂️#37 of @papahungry031 with owner of @a43coffee @aldrinknezky who arguably serves the best coffee in Gothenburg.Arguably = “Argue With Me”Andddd no we don’t speak on how overrated matcha is even though we probably should have (Papa’s opinion).
