Although the book is written with parents in mind, I quickly realized that its message reaches far beyond parenting. It's a fascinating look at how dopamine shapes our everyday lives - from screens and ultra-processed foods to the habits we unintentionally reinforce in ourselves and our children. In this episode, I share my first impressions, why I think this book is incredibly valuable, and how many of the ideas can be applied whether you're raising children... or simply trying to become more intentional with your own habits.     Count Your Blessings

    When we think about manifestation, we often picture the big moments. The dream house. The dream job. The life-changing opportunity. But what if manifestation is happening all the time? In this episode, I'm sharing some of my most recent manifestations - both big and surprisingly small - and how they've reminded me of the incredible power of noticing what's already unfolding. Because the more we acknowledge the things that once lived only in our imagination, the more we begin to see how much is already working in our favor. This episode is an invitation to slow down, count your blessings, and give more weight to the things you've already manifested. Gratitude isn't just something we practice after our dreams come true.     Everything Is a Lesson

    Everything Is a Lesson In this episode, I share a dream that has been living in my heart for a long time: moving to a house. The challenge? My husband doesn't share that dream. For a long time, I've felt frustrated, disappointed, and honestly a little heartbroken by the gap between what I want and what seems possible right now. When you can see a future so clearly and someone you love isn't standing in the same place, it can feel like you're being blocked from the life you're meant to live. But lately, I've been looking at it differently. What if the resistance isn't a sign that something is wrong? What if it's a lesson? In this episode, I talk about trusting divine timing, staying open to "this or something better," and the uncomfortable possibility that sometimes there are things we need to learn before we're ready for the next chapter of our lives. We explore the tension between holding onto a dream and releasing attachment to how and when it happens. Because maybe the question isn't: "Why isn't this happening yet?" Maybe the question is: "What is this experience here to teach me?"     Big Life Update

    In this episode, I'm sharing a big life update. I've finally done something I've been thinking about for a long time: I've told my boss and my colleagues about my plans to leave my job and pursue my business full-time. And what struck me most wasn't the conversation itself - it was what happened before it. That tiny moment of clarity. That half-second where you suddenly know. Before the fear rushes in. Before the doubts. Before your mind starts listing all the reasons why you shouldn't. I've come to realize that when that moment arrives - when you genuinely feel ready, even for just a second - it's time to pay attention. In this episode, I talk about what it means to trust that feeling and take action before fear talks you out of it. But I also talk about something we don't discuss nearly enough: The things we need to let go of. Because every new chapter requires space. We're often taught to focus on what we want to add to our lives - more success, more freedom, more opportunities, more fulfillment. But just as important, maybe even more important, is asking: What needs to be released? What needs to end? What version of you, what habit, what identity, what role, or even what dream needs to be honored and let go of to make room for what's next? Because sometimes the hardest decisions aren't about leaving something we hate. Sometimes they're about leaving something we love. And that's exactly where I find myself right now. This is a conversation about courage, endings, identity, and trusting yourself enough to follow the life that's calling you - even when it means letting go of something beautiful.     What Even Is a "Delmål"?

    In this episode, I’m sharing a mindset shift that completely changed the way I think about goals. For the longest time, I never fully connected with the concept of sub-goals. Breaking a big goal into smaller ones felt logical in theory... but somehow never meaningful in practice. Until now. In this episode, I talk about how shifting from "smaller goals" to "goals with a place in time" changed everything for me. We explore the mental overwhelm that comes from wanting everything at once, the power of seasonal focus, and why deciding when something belongs can be just as important as deciding what you want. Because maybe the goal isn’t to do more. Maybe the goal is to focus better. This is an invitation to stop carrying all your dreams at the same time - and start giving them room to unfold, one season at a time. Because maybe sub-goals aren’t smaller dreams.     Wellness Upgrade

    In this episode, I'm sharing the next evolution of my routines - moving beyond structure for productivity, and into structure that also supports peace, softness, and well-being. After being sick for weeks and still not feeling fully back in my energy, I started noticing how easily I fall back into overstimulation and mental chaos whenever I lose my sense of direction. And it made me realize something important: my routines can't only help me function... they also need to help me feel good. We talk about upgrading daily systems in a more intentional way - creating routines around rest, silence, joy, recovery, and nervous system support, not just responsibilities and productivity. Because maybe wellness isn't about adding more. Maybe it's about creating rhythms that make life feel softer to live. This episode is your reminder that you get to design your routines. And they're allowed to support more than just your output.     Let Your System Hold You

    In this episode, I’m sharing a different side of structure — one I didn’t fully understand until I was forced to slow down. After a week of being really sick, with no energy and no capacity to keep up with my usual routines, I noticed something unexpected. Instead of everything falling apart… there was a quiet sense of safety. Because the system I’ve built didn’t disappear. It was still there — holding me. We talk about what happens when life takes an unexpected turn, how easily the mind jumps into self-blame and overthinking, and why it can feel so hard to truly rest. But also… how supportive routines and simple systems can become something you can lean on, not something you have to constantly manage. This episode is an invitation to shift your perspective on structure. To see it not as something rigid — but as something that creates space, safety, and support.
