    Happy New Year, everyone.    Today's podcast, the first of 2026, yay,  is a little different because I'm doing it along with Jesika Dawnn, who did the vegan chef training and now has her own vegan business, and we're going to be talking about Veganuary, because right now it's Veganuary.  Maybe you don't know what Veganuary is, but after listening to this podcast, you will.  I asked subscribers what they would miss if they had a month of not eating any animal products. And we're also going to talk about that.  So in a moment, I'm going to introduce you to Jessica. And I'm so excited. You have met her before in another podcast.
