    Happy New Year, everyone.    Today's podcast, the first of 2026, yay,  is a little different because I'm doing it along with Jesika Dawnn, who did the vegan chef training and now has her own vegan business, and we're going to be talking about Veganuary, because right now it's Veganuary.  Maybe you don't know what Veganuary is, but after listening to this podcast, you will.  I asked subscribers what they would miss if they had a month of not eating any animal products. And we're also going to talk about that.  So in a moment, I'm going to introduce you to Jessica. And I'm so excited. You have met her before in another podcast.     Answering questions on menopause. In this podcast I answered the following questions. What would you have done to prepare more for menopause? Would you consider using HRT? Do you think there is a place for it? I have tried eating the phytoestrogen rich foods, but my plantar fasciitis still persists, what would you suggest? I have body pain – sore shoulder roaming pain, what can I do. I get hormonal migraines which are debilitating? I have a fear of getting osteopenia and osteoperosis I have gained a lot of weight how do I shift this?
