    A Mother's Need For Replenishment

✨ Listen to this whenever you feel depleted as a mother. I love motherhood. I love being a mom. I love my child. I love my family. I love the new life that motherhood has created for me. But with that comes a very demanding role, and it comes with a lot of giving—physically, emotionally, mentally. In this episode of The Deep-Rooted Self-Love Podcast, I talk honestly about the depletion cycle of motherhood and how to replenish yourself in the midst of sleepless nights, constant giving, and the pressures of modern parenting. I share my personal experiences, practical ways to care for your body, mind, and soul. With a gentle reminder that it’s okay to take care of yourself even if it can feel selfish. Your purpose of being a mother is so important and so valuable and so sacred that it needs replenishment! ❤️ ~ LINKS ~ My website: https://www.nora-ring.com/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/nora.ring/ TikTok: tiktok.com/@nora.ring ~ PRODUCTS & FREE OFFERS ~ Free First Self-Love Coaching Session Deep-Rooted Self-Love Hypnosis Library (for integration of this episode!) Free Core Needs In Dating Worksheet  Free Self-Love Quiz I What Area In Your Life Needs More Self-Love?

How 2000s Teen TV Distorted Our View of Love (Gossip Girl, Vampire Diaries & Toxic Romance)

In this episode, I’m talking about how teenage TV shows like Gossip Girl, The Vampire Diaries, and even newer dramas may have shaped — and distorted — our view of love. When I look back at the relationships I had in my teens and early twenties, I can clearly see how much I normalized drama, emotional chaos, hot-and-cold behavior, and the “bad boy who changes for the right girl” storyline. And I truly believed that this was what love was supposed to feel like. In this episode, I share my own experiences, the patterns I see in my clients, and how our subconscious gets programmed during our teenage years through the shows we consume. I talk about love addiction, the savior complex, constant forgiveness cycles without real change, and why calm, consistent love can feel “boring” when we’re used to chaos. Most importantly, we explore what healthy love actually looks like — and how you can begin rewiring those old relationship scripts. Because real love doesn’t consume your entire nervous system. It supports your growth. It gives you strength. And it starts with the relationship you have with yourself. If Sharing Your Feelings Puts Him Off, He's Not the One

In this episode of the Deep-Rooted Self-Love Podcast, I talk about dating, emotional availability, and the fear of being “too much” in relationships — especially when it comes to sharing your feelings. So many hold back in dating because they are afraid that expressing emotions, needs, or desire for commitment and intimacy will push the other person away. In this episode, I share why being honest about your feelings is never the problem, and how someone’s reaction to your vulnerability is actually one of the clearest indicators of emotional maturity and relationship compatibility. I talk about my own dating experiences with avoidant partners, situationships, and unbalanced relationships, as well as how things shifted when I learned to trust my emotions and prioritize the relationship with myself. I also share personal insights from the beginning of my relationship with my husband — and why the right partner leans in when things get real rather than pulling away. In this episode, I share: Why sharing your feelings early in dating is a powerful act of self-love How attachment styles and emotional avoidance show up in modern dating The cost of downplaying your needs to keep someone interested Why being “low maintenance” often disconnects you from your authentic self How to stop taking someone pulling away as a reflection of your worth This episode is for you if you’re navigating dating, a situationship, or a relationship where you’re afraid to ask for more, and you want to build secure, emotionally available relationships without abandoning yourself in the process. Your feelings are valid. Your desire for deep connection is not too much. And you don’t lose the right person by being honest about what you want — instead you find alignment. Hypno-Meditation: Connect with Your Highest Self

In today’s episode of The Deep Rooted Self-Love Podcast, I guide you through a hypno-meditation designed to help you connect with your most authentic, highest self. This practice supports the release of emotional and physical tension while allowing you to receive guidance for living more aligned with your deepest desires. This hypno-meditation is an add-on to last week’s episode, where I shared a gentle goal setting practice to help you make aligned steps in 2026. You can use this hypnosis whenever you need a boost of energy, want to reconnect with your goals, or when you want to feel into the next version of yourself. Through visualization, breathwork, and deep relaxation, you’ll connect with your body, mind, and soul, and align with the light of your highest self. By the end of this meditation, you’ll carry this energy with you, feel more grounded and inspired, and be ready to take aligned action toward your goals. Share your insights or experiences with me on Instagram (@nora.ring) or share this hypno-meditation with friends who may benefit from connecting with their highest self. Owning Where You're At (Even If You Feel Not Chosen)

What if the key to moving forward isn't rushing ahead, but fully owning where you are right now? In this episode, I'm getting vulnerable about the fears that come up when we put our hearts on the line—whether in business, dating, or life transitions. I share my own journey of launching something new while facing the shadow of "what if I'm not chosen?" and why this fear shows up so similarly in love and in work. We explore the difference between acting from anxiety (misdirected excitement rooted in fear) versus acting from love, and why grounding yourself in the present moment—with all its messiness, shame, and beauty—is the most powerful place to move forward from. If you're in the in-between right now—changing careers, navigating a breakup, struggling with motherhood, or building something that requires you to be seen—this episode is your reminder that you don't have to have it all figured out. You just need to root down, honor where you are, and trust that when you choose yourself first, you can't lose. Topics covered: owning your shadows and shame, the fear of not being wanted, acting from love vs. fear, finding groundedness in uncertainty, and why naming your shame sets you free. ~ LINKS ~ My website: https://www.nora-ring.com/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/nora.ring/ TikTok: tiktok.com/@nora.ring ~ PRODUCTS & FREE OFFERS ~ Free First Self-Love Coaching Session Deep-Rooted Self-Love Hypnosis Library (for integration of this episode!) Free Core Needs In Dating Worksheet  Free Self-Love Quiz I What Area In Your Life Needs More Self-Love?

You’re Not Lazy — You’re Listening to Your Needs

Many of us carry a hidden fear of being seen as lazy.Even when we don’t use that word, it shows up as guilt for resting, pushing through exhaustion, or feeling like something is wrong with us when we slow down. In this episode, I talk about why laziness is so often misunderstood — especially for women and mothers. How it’s never a character flaw, and much more often a signal from the body. A call for rest. Or a sign that something in our lives is no longer aligned. I talk aboout hustle culture, internalized pressure, and the judgment we fear from others — parents, colleagues, friends, partners — and how much of that judgment is rooted in their own stories and fears. I also talk about life as cyclical rather than linear. About seasons, the body, and why forcing ourselves to keep going out of fear of being lazy disconnects us from our truth. This episode is an invitation to question the word lazy, to listen more closely to your needs, and to ask yourself a gentler question the next time you feel stuck or unmotivated: Do I need rest — or do I need to pivot? ~ LINKS ~ My website: https://www.nora-ring.com/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/nora.ring/ TikTok: tiktok.com/@nora.ring ~ PRODUCTS & FREE OFFERS ~ Free First Self-Love Coaching Session Deep-Rooted Self-Love Hypnosis Library (for integration of this episode!) Free Core Needs In Dating Worksheet  Free Self-Love Quiz I What Area In Your Life Needs More Self-Love?
